REVEALED: Google’s Aims to Infiltrate Conservative Movement, Drive it Left
Warner Todd Huston Warner Todd Huston March 7, 2019 3.4k Views

Google has planned to infiltrate the conservative movement in an effort to drive it leftward, according to leaked audio.

The plans to undermine the conservative movement came to light after an audio clip was made public of Google’s senior director of U.S. public policy, Adam Kovacevich, in which he said that Google needed to impose its ideas on the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC).

The plot was reported by Breitbart Tech:

The comments came to light in leaked audio files allegedly of a company-wide meeting at Google, part of which is now exclusively reported by Breitbart News. Another part of the transcript was released last Friday on Tucker Carlson Tonight, while further snippets revealing Google’s funding of establishment conservative think-tanks were published by the left-leaning tech magazine Wired in December.

The alleged meeting took place in the wake of Google’s sponsorship of CPAC in 2018, which triggered an internal r*******n from left-wing employees of the tech giant. Breitbart News exclusively reported on the revolt at the time, in which radical left-wingers inside Google accused CPAC of “ethno-nationalism” and “h**e.”

So, a conservative conference that has been going on for decades and is usually considered “the establishment” in GOP circles is just “h**e” as far as Google is concerned. You can’t really get more mainstream than CPAC.

Breitbart continues:

In the clips, the transcripts of which posted in full below, Kovacevich portrayed CPAC as a conference with a “dual identity,” one being a “premier gathering” that features a “whole swath of conservatives,” including “national security conservatives, economic conservatives, libertarians, the Log Cabin Republicans, deficit hawks, small government advocates.”

Kovacevich added that he thinks Google needs to reach out and work quietly to co-opt CPAC’s leadership.

In another audio clip of the same conversation provided to Breitbart News, Kovacevich appeared to describe the importance of reaching out to conservatives in order to counter conservative media, including Breitbart News. Kovacevich warned of “growing negative attention from the conservative media which is influential among those same Republicans who control government.” He went on to accuse conservative media of “pushing the storyline that Google is biased against conservatives.”

So, there you have it, America. Google does not see its job as to build a better search engine, but to force the political ideals of its owners on America.

After going over Breitbrt's site with a fine toothed comb, I am unable to find this article anywhere under the Breitbart web presence. Even searching for the author returned many, many hits, but this article was not among them. Perhaps they 'took it down' for some reason?

Ah! There it is! Unfortunately, not carrying the same headline and somewhat differing from the original post but yep, that's the one. No wonder I couldn't find it. OK, we good!

Just like the celebrities that rail against Trump, big money thinks they are smarter than the "little people" and know better how everyone should live their lives. They are more than willing to deceive to advance their agenda. Reminds me of the Democrats!

I'm getting pretty tired of people who have NO real world experience in the trenches telling me how much better and smarter they are, honestly

Conspiracy theory! LOL!!

One has to take into consideration that Google/Youtube regularly censors conservative content which the left regularly overlooks. If this is true its a smart play on their part. If you factor in their censorship then it is absolutely possible they'd do this.
