Ha ha ha it’s only unconstitutional when a Republican is a target. Wow now the right is really reaching.

All this corruption within the Trump administration people pleading guilty headed to jail. And wow it’s unconstitional.

How can you continue to cover for a guy like Trump

Of course it was unconstitutional, and everyone has known it for over two years.

Constitution?

What Constitution?

There was no underlying crime and the investigation was begun fraudulently. You'll see where this goes.

Trump is giving Americans as much time as he can to get used to the idea their government had been usurped by traitors who planned on starting a world war and killing half the planet.

Yup,
They are pissed that he destroyed Isis.
That wasn't part of their plan

They're also really pissed that he is laying them and their deeds bare to the public. Patience is the key. Everyone forgets he spent a good bit of time in Military school where you learn a lot of things not taught in public schools. I know, my parents sent me to Military school starting in the 9th grade. It was an excellent experience other than marching off demerits day after day with a 1903 Springfield. I learned a lot that I wouldn't have got in the public system. Mike

If it's unconstitutional then the findings won't hold up in court will they. Problem solved...

Question: Can Mueller be removed by the Attorney General or the Deputy AG? If so, then Mueller's position qualifies as an “inferior officer” and not subject to the appointment process. Any constitutional scholar should have known that...

I think you posted this before Blade and I am pretty sure the answer was the same then too. My question is how long before you repost this with the hopes that we liberals will have forgotten about it?

==================
Mueller's appointment was unconstitutional.
Wow! This is very significant because all decisions of Mueller will become NULL AND VOID.
Mueller has executed too much power which he was not delegated. First, he should have been appointed by the president, and confirmed by the Senate. His appointment violated the approval clause of Art. 2 vested for the power of the president. Mueller is not an inferior officer. He behaved like a principal officer, but he did not report to any boss. With his appointment, his abuses were overwhelming since no one control his actions.

This will have a very long way to dissect its criminalities which have been abused to the fullest extent of the law, and our constitution.

Besides all members of Mueller's team had one common purpose to remove/destroy the president of the United States. With all the fake allegations applied to the process and the people involved, all parties must be prosecuted. Members of the FBI, CIA, the FISA Court, DOJ under Obama, and all the staff of Hillary Clinton must all pay the price of illegalities and criminalities on their actions.

Under Obama and Hillary, the LAWLESS becomes the most powerful over the lawful.

The American people were fooled, by paying more than $25 million to this Mueller illegalities. These actions must be corrected, must be prosecuted, along with all members of Mueller's team.

I hope Mark Levine works for president Trump.
