I believe Trump had no plans to win the e******n but figured, WTH. Good publicity and if, by chance, it actually happened, he figured he knew things needed to be done.

Was he supposed to just drop ALL plans for anything and everything on the outside chance that he might win?? As the e******n went on, why shouldn't he have continued to monitor and manage previously laid plans.

Is ANY p**********l candidate supposed to just drop everything and assume they will win??

So much is made of Trumps meetings and contacts during the e******n process. So?

Trump knew Cohen was behaving like a rat and made sure he wasn't read into everything.

Cohen can't have it both ways. Either he was a lawyer with ethics or a fixer whose lies and schemes made him a bad risk for any future.
cohen turned off anybody and Trump off to the point he was being kept out of the loop on Trumps real plans.

Given that there were sanctions on Russia, with doing business with them, with taking loans from oligarchs and doing business with criminals, he wasn't supposed to be doing business with Russia anyway. Any deal Trump was going to do needed a lifting of sanctions, which created a profound conflict of interest.
