Sen. Rand Paul is throwing his support behind a resolution that would block President Trump’s declaration of a national emergency to build his long-promised U.S.-Mexico border wall, defying a warning from the president and putting the measure on track to passage.

Paul (R-Ky.) said in a speech Saturday at the Southern Kentucky Lincoln Day Dinner that he “can’t vote to give extra-Constitutional powers to the president,” the Bowling Green Daily News reported.

“I can’t vote to give the president the power to spend money that hasn’t been appropriated by Congress,” Paul said, according to the newspaper. “We may want more money for border security, but Congress didn’t authorize it. If we take away those checks and balances, it’s a dangerous thing.”

Paul joins fellow Republican Sens. Susan Collins (Maine), Lisa Murkowski (Alaska) and Thom Tillis (N.C.) in opposing Trump’s move, a reflection of some resistance within the GOP to what lawmakers see as executive overreach and a test of the constitutional separation of powers.

The disapproval resolution has already passed the Democratic-controlled House and requires a simple majority to pass the GOP-led Senate. Fifty-three senators caucus with Republicans and 47 caucus with Democrats, meaning that four Republican defections would be enough to ensure passage.

While the resolution is likely to clear the Senate, an embarrassing rebuke to Trump, lawmakers in both chambers lack the votes to override a threatened presidential veto.

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) spent weeks warning against a national emergency only to declare his support for the move last month. McConnell faces reelection next year and there is concern within the GOP about being forced to choose between Trump and their self-described opposition to executive overreach.

Republicans worry that in supporting Trump, they will be giving approval to a White House power grab that circumvents Congress’s constitutional power over spending. But if they oppose it, they face the wrath of not only the president but his political base — and possibly a primary challenge.-----MORE----

I usually support all of Rand’s stance and his Father Ron as I voted for them more than once... but Rand is wrong on this...

Trump has Constitutional Powers and other Tools he can use the founders gave him in cases like this.

The Fireworks are about to begin as I’m sure Trump will order another Emergency order next.

Nobody is giving President Trump "extra-Constitutional powers to the president...”
This is an issue of our national security and President Trump is our Commander in Chief.

Let us lay out a picture of current events before the public:

1) 100 ISIS terrorists have been arrested by Honduras police amongst the caravans heading to Guatemala, Mexico and the United States.

2) Over 150 different nationalities have arrived at the Mexican-Texas border within the last year,.

3) The caravans include Iranian trained HAMAS, HEZBULLAH, Bangladeshi al Qaeda, and FARC communist rebels, Mexican gangs, sex-slave traffickers, and drug cartels and Africans.

4) There is a raging pandemic of Ebola in the Congo according to NPR broadcasts and the United Nations World Health Organization. Our national sovereignty and national health is at stake.

Ebola 'Secret Serum'" Small Biopharma, The Army, And Big Tobacco
August 5, 2014 by David Kroll

"The three-antibody mixture originated with Mapp Biopharmaceuticals, a small San Diego-based company established in 2003 and led by Larry Zeitlin, Ph.D., a Johns Hopkins-trained reproductive biologist who became an expert in "plantibodies," antibody therapeutics produced in, and purified from, bioengineered plants.

“The ZMapp three-antibody cocktail isn't a vaccine. Instead, it provides an artifical immune response against sugar-tagged proteins on the outside of the Ebolavirus...

“This general biotherapeutic approach is called passive immunity. By injecting the patient with ready-made antibodies raised in the laboratory to latch onto specific parts of an infectious agent, their body can mount an immediate immune response. Passive immunity is therefore different from a vaccine that might require weeks for the person to make their own antibodies against the virus."

Sici, the vaccine is not a "cocktail" but a boost to human immune systems. What source do you have on this current Ebola vaccine being so weak?

Keep in mind that tobacco is getting a bad rap by HHS, the CDC, the Democrats and the mainstream media. "Tax the rich, tax the corporations, tax Big Tobacco" while they open the borders for drug peddlers to money launder $5 trillion dollars of dope through Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac in the inner city ghettos. In fact, Hillsdale College's IMPRIMIS has recently published a lecture given by Alex Beranson: "Marijuana, Mental Illness, and Violence" - there is nothing healing in "medical marijuana," but this is how the criminal Clintons and Obamas have reaped huge capital gains taxes over the corpses of our chronically ill with HIV, further weakening their immune systems and hastening their deaths.

The American Lung Cancer Society is now on the radio soliciting funding for a cure with the most peculiar ad:
The advertisement states that 80% of all lung cancer victims "never smoked or quit decades ago." They are seeking the real cause, which may be cancer-causing chronic brucellosis which poured out of the Soviet Union and swept the world during WWII. Mexico ahs swamped with brucellosis since WWII, never pasteurizing its milk, eradicating its rats and feral hogs. It is a disease of the nervous system. The Middle East and Africa are also a basket case. This is the real racket of socialist dictatorships.

Nicotine is actually a necessary dietary nutrient, promoting the growth of small blood vessels, improving circulation, and preventing diabetes and schizophrenia which RJ Reynolds is developing as an alternative pharmaceutical. It is also used as an insecticide in the organic farming industry. It is found in tobacco, smoking being a poor delivery approach, but also fresh vegetables: tomatoes, potatoes, the pepper family and cabbage family, foods that 3rd world people and the poor rarely harvest and include in their cultural diets.

The tobacco industry has been attempting to enter the pharmaceutical industry with new delivery systems of life saving nicotine, and guess who is blocking them? Corrupt politicians funded by Big Pharma, and their revolving door between the FDC, HHS, and Bilderberg Media monopoly. These culprits now have a false advertising campaign against Big Tobacco, even citing nicotine as an "addictive drug," trying to stymie the sales of Juul, the new nicotine vapor marketed as a therapy for cigarette addiction.

RJ Reynolds has partnered with Merck Pharmaceutical and the US Army to mass manufacture the Ebola vaccine, which is proving quite effective. George Merck, the pharmaceutical's founder, came to the rescue of our nation during WWII and is the most decent industry in the business. The other companies are far more ruthless in experimenting on the public.

I fear we are witnessing a war against the poor. Ebola attacks people with weak blood circulatory systems. As much as I admire Senator Rand Paul's staunch constitutional insight, I suspect he is not being properly briefed from the intelligence community or the Defense Department. The Seante does not have enough votes to override the President's veto.

If ever there were a time to build the WALL, this is it. Europe should follow suit.

There are other sources I could search for if you like.

Like Iv’e been telling people for years, there is no cure, no Protein on earth that can kill the virus.
It’s just temporary and will mutate again in time.
Here you see yet another vast outbreak and soon it will spread all across the continent out of control and then into Europe.
A Pandemic is on the horizon.

Thanks for the article which also referenced further reading in Science News:

https://www.sciencenews.org/blog/science-ticker/ebola-vaccinations-begin-congo
Ebola vaccinations begin in Congo
by Helen Thompson 5:58pm, May 21, 2018

[This vaccine by Merck and RJ Reynolds, rVSV-ZEBOV, actually looks quite efficient, dismantling the Ebola virus]

"Emergency teams responding to the ongoing Ebola outbreak in Congo began on May 21 inoculating those most at risk of contracting the virus: health workers and people who have come into contact with Ebola victims. It’s the first real-world test for an experimental vaccine, rVSV-ZEBOV. In field trials in Guinea and Sierra Leone in 2015, this vaccine effectively protected people from Zaire ebolavirus — the same type of Ebola now circulating in Congo.

In the latest outbreak, 51 people have developed cases of hemorrhagic fever consistent with Ebola, and 27 have died. The outbreak is centered in the rural Bikoro region but nearly a handful of cases have been reported in the city of Mbandaka.

Using a “ring vaccination” strategy, health care workers are offering shots not just to the people who’ve had contact with Ebola victims, but also to a second ring of people who’ve had contact with the first group. In that way, the World Health Organization and its partners hope to disrupt the chain of transmission.

Merck, the company that makes the vaccine, has donated 8,640 doses to the emergency response effort. That’s more than enough for 50 rings of 150 people. Another 8,000 doses are expected to become available soon, according to the WHO.

Health officials are optimistic. “Today marks a turning point in how we deal with Ebola,” WHO Deputy Director-General for Emergency Preparedness and Response Peter Salama said on Twitter.

Editor’s note: This article was updated on May 21, 2018, to include the latest Ebola case numbers from the Congolese Ministry of Health."

Our health department, HHS, has been actually at war with RJ Reynolds, impeding its life-saving research. These mad socialist bureaucrats of HHS are entrenched in our Deep State, and hoping for a world pandemic to implement Universal Health Care, not to save humanity, but for power over who lives and who dies. They have also been impeding the Lyme disease cure by falsely accusing doctors of fudging data obtained from their patients, Dr. Allen MacDonald and Dr. Joseph Burrascano who have discovered a protocol to cure chronic Lyme. These doctors, who kept a decade of records on hand stashed away in basement file cabinets, proved HHS to be flat our wrong. Listen closely to the testimony of this Lyme doc:

https://www.lymedisease.org/history-lyme-disease-burrascano/
History of Lyme disease in the US, by Dr. Joseph Burrascano

We cannot depend upon these government bureaucracies to look after our best interest, they are too corrupt. The private sector is our only salvation. I reiterate: I'd rather pay a private practioner who profits from curing me than pay the government that profits from killing me. The difference between capitalism and communism is that capitalists care for eachother via free markets and free people.

The pandemic right now is in Africa, but the Iranian terrorist HAMAS are linked to the Bangladesh al Qaeda terrorist aiding the African and Syrian migration to Europe. Communist Iran, in league with Red China, has trained HAMAS to speak Spanish, and sent HAMAS to Venezuela to enable the socialists Hugo Chavez and General Madera in their revolution. These socialist terrorists can infect Europe and Latin America easily, a huge national security threat to the United States. They have infiltrated the caravans. We may need to shut down all immigration. May these communist judges be arrested for sedition and treason that are trying to impede President Trump.
BUILD THE WALL now.

Senator Rand Paul is seriously mistaken. He thinks as an isolationist, and the enemies of the United States are anything but isolationist.

Unfortunately, the liberal dingbats in our Democrat Party are hoping for any medical emergency to trigger mass demand for Universal Care, "Medicare for All" at the expense of Medicine under the Fourth Reich.

Do you really need the Nanny State to run behind you with a roll of toilet paper? The time has come for you socialists to grow up.

Oh, healthcare costs to much? so does rent, food, shelter and clothing, all because of the INFLATION machine at the Federal Reserve Bank. Shut down that damnable Marxist counterfeiting bank. Problem solved.

History of Lyme disease in the US, by Dr. Joseph Burrascano

We cannot depend upon these government bureaucracies to look after our best interest, they are too corrupt. The private sector is our only salvation. I reiterate: I'd rather pay a private practioner who profits from curing me than pay the government that profits from killing me. The difference between capitalism and communism is that capitalists care for eachother via free markets and free people.

Yes I remember this one last year, that was the exact breakout time, they contained it and then a few months later another one broke out, then another one.

Now this big one... spread into 7 countries or 9 so far ? Idk,
The news will not talk about it... I have to go to Euro sites to get the news.

I also have a Nigerian Associate I will send an email to and see if he responds with the right info.

OK, I await your reports. The problem is that the breakouts may be caused by rabid bats in the western Gold Coast, or by gold merchants like the Red Chinese miners in Africa who are hoping to strengthen their Yuan to attain IMF backing as a standard world currency to replace the dollar this March 31st.

Iranian HAMAS is operating in Venezuela with General Maduro who has no regard for the welfare of the Venezuelan people. Judicial Watch has been reporting on the terrorists infiltration of the Honduran and Guatemalan caravans.

These socialists are void of any human compassion and will seize any opportunity to create chaos to advance their NWO goals including the UN's Agenda 21 to massacre of 3/4th the worlds population for a "more sustainable planet." We need to look at these people as a den of thieves, nothing less, nothing more.
Freedom takes vigilance. BUILD THE WALL.

Al Qaeda is also operating in Africa. Our useless free monopolized press does not keep the public abreast of world events.
