What impacts? Be specific, if you can.

Trump quietly issued an executive order to increase logging of forests on federal land on December 21, a day before the government shutdown. The order states that logging will prevent future wildfires like the deadly blazes seen in California last year.

Ecologist from the University of Colorado Boulder said the increased logging might help quell a small percent of the fires that occur near homes but would do little to halt large-scale wildfires. Logging would also do nothing to fight fires fueled by dry brush.

Contrary to that, the decision to log does little to address concerns from scientists that wildfires are more frequently being caused by c*****e c****e-induced conditions. Logging can also have other negative impacts, including disruption to wildlife habitat and erosion.

Both the Department of Interior and the Department of Agriculture have been instructed to harvest more than 4 billion board feet of timber that will then be put up for sale. That figure is 31 percent more than what the agencies logged in 2017. Guess who owns a huge logging company, if you guessed Koch, you'd be correct, ever hear of Brawny paper towels? What a coinkidink and how convenient. as you guys say, follow the money.

Trees are our life, they take in C02 and give us O2, the more trees we lose, the more we put ourselves behind the eight ball. We lose trees naturally, by fires and unnaturally by development and deforestation when you start to total up what is happening we need to make these changes.

In the months that Wheeler has been in office, he has undone Obama-era regulations on emissions from coal power plants and automobiles. Having Wheeler heading the EPA is the equivalent to Eddie Krueger, babysitting your kids.

These are just a couple, I could be here all day, sorry I'm not going to do that for you. Another factor is that environmental change happens slowly. So the real impact of the Trump-era policies may not be fully apparent until years after Mr. Trump leaves office.

Ummm.......did we have the internal combustion engine when that feast happened? I slept through it, so I don't remember.

1846 so just flatulence production from oxen, mules and horses, they were the only combustible engines on the ill fated trip.

Oh, great scott!!
I see no problem in logging overgrown forests. Maybe if it were union, government loggers doing it to build homes for wetbacks, you'd be happy about it?
Is it the fact that someone has the money to finance an operation like that, that wrinkles your hide, or who they are?
Both reasonable questions in my mind.

Your second one is actually laughable. Our cars, and trucks are cleaner burning than they've ever been. Are you saying that cars, and trucks are going to start spewing more pollution into the air because a Democrat isn't in charge?

Morgan is as dense as the densest jungles of South America. She has no clue that the lack of Forrest management (lumber harvesting)in California led to the record huge forest fires.

The Oregon State University forestry professors have concluded that Ponderosa pine trees are best when they are at least 17 to 20 feet from each other.

Less chance for bug and disease infestation, better for fire suppression.

That would mean here in Oregon, there's plenty of healthy logging opportunities.

But that's just a liberal university study.

Yeah, and we need to get rid of cows so we have fewer prairie fires...

Oh, and you just insulted her, as did I.

We disagreed with her. Get ready.....

What an expected response, you don't disappoint, of course you don't care about deforestation or mountain top cropping and toxic ash either, also expected.

Yes, that is correct, I guess you're not up to par to more of the recent Trump deregulations from auto emissions, good job once again, so what was once a good record, will be no longer.

It is your so-called "reasonable" mind or lack of, that I find questionable. You have I see bird boy behind you backing you up with infantile insults, I see you're in good company, have a nice day, I knew better to respond to you, I took a shot you'd be civil, should have listed to gut instincts. You reason can't tell the difference between an insult and a disagreement. one again I hadn't insulted you at all. I'm sorry you're incapable of a civil debate. I'm done with your arch you're added to arsewipe pool. You and your anti-environment pro-Trumpers is what is truly laughable, you have a nice day.

That's not true, there are answers and that's just what regulations are for, for industries to be responsible for their own waste. Since the Trump deregulations, we've already have seen negatives impacts to our environmental improvements.

See images for yourself, each picture has a different time span so be sure to check it, some are only short term damages of storms and what not.

We never had bad weather until Al Gore discovered G****l W*****g. I have researched back hundreds of thousands of years and we had no droughts, floods, heat waves, or cold snaps until the Industrial Age. Until modern times the Human race lived in a Garden of Eden with perfect weather. Then a serpent slithered into our garden and gave that s**t Eve a ton of coal and a barrel of oil. A few minutes after that the first thunderstorm in human history struck.
