Our gov always has plans to raise our taxes..... one way to beat them is to take them to court and tie up the courts. As an example, most of us have heard about how we are all being robbed by paying for "Driver License and car insurance fees" that always go up and most of us are made to believe its "the law". Got news for everyone, its not the law, a sovereign people have the right to travel. Only person required to pay these fees are those engaged in commerce, (for business and for that they are paid and require a license). If you use your vehicle for non commercial reasons and for personal use only such as going to work, to the store, vacationing, then you are a traveler, then, you do not need a license or vehicle insurance to operate it, nor do you come under the traffic laws and therefore the traffic laws do not apply to you either, (however the use of common sense should always be used when operating a vehicle). Lets organize and start beating the gov in the courts, lets get a group started towards that end. Just think how much one can save, after all, a vehicle today is not a luxury, its a necessity, not to mention how many leaches can be fired enforcing these unconstitutional laws.... oops, I mean under color of law. What say you? tanz

Really? Do you really think that motorists should not be subject to traffic laws, don't need a license to drive, and do not need to carry auto insurance? Ludicrous! is what I say. One would need to be either young and stupid or old and senile to agree with any of that.

Yep. Right there in the second amendment, part B, it says a well maintained carpool being necessary, the freedom to drive shall not be infringed upon.

In Washington state (late 1990s) license fees for passenger cars, newer years were $400-$600. And trucks $550-850. Per year. High line cars exceeded a thousand dollars. A (hero) Tim Iman, lead the effort, got Washington residents to sign the required signatures, and the news media picked up the story, adding many volunteering. Tim with support of citizens, was able to get this to public v**e, and now my 5 year old truck is just over $50.00 per year.
I would like to help support an organizer in my state, and help support in repealing federal tax and the IRS. It is my belief this could pick up steam, and force Congress to repeal the current tax law, and write a fair tax law. I'm not after the rich, I'm endorsing a fair tax, with American participation across the board.

I don't think so. The point was very clear. The poster is an anarchist who thinks society can operate just fine without government.

What point do you think I missed?
