So Chicago and the Chicago Police Department are in an uproar over Smolett
whom allegedly filed a false police report claiming that he was attacked by r****t because he was black and also openly gay.Smolett contends this because he claimed the alleged perpetrators,made h********c slurs and also a rope was put around his neck which has and carries r****ts connotations .It is reminicent to b****s of the dirty South Jim Crow era in which they were unjustly lynched. The circumstancial evidence strongly suggest that Smolett may have h**xed,hence,Chicago,and the CPD,are grossly in an uproar.
Why so ?,this anomaly was brought on by themselves, upon themselves.If they had not for this instance disavowed their typical protocol such as they did concerning Laquan McDonald, Whom was shot seventeen times while lying dead on the ground,and Ignoring Burge whom tortured his arrestees into giving him confessions- that is to say, not followed the typical protocol of bias or discriminatory police practicices,of not serving and giving equal protection by the law for black males they would've ignored Smollett as per Maga,as per resurgence of the white male,as per the new world order,as per myself ,concerning a problem I have had for the last 34 years or so.Why didn't they ignore him,as per usual.Didn't they know he was at least half black,didn't they remember the ole'denomnitive of the "good ole boys" protocol agenda,"if you have one drop of black blood".What went wrong?such a malfeacance of protocol.They should have ignored him,now they are all up in a gander and coping stance's of indignation, they should stop blaming Smollett for their protocol malfeacance.

How did you get that out of what I said in the post(rehtorical).I know ,there you go with that master intellect again Evidently "YOU PEOPLE"are not versed in the various ways in which a writer might convey what he/she wants to communicate.Mark Twain wrote colloquial as opposed to terse or formal.The writer might use sarcasm,which my post is,I simply wrote it sarcastically.How in the hell did you get I agree with Smollett out of that.
The point is if you are aware of what has been brewing in Chicago for the last few years or so you would have gotten the gist of the sarcasm, Chicago's policy toward b****s has been discriminatory .hence, had they followed the usual protocol toward b****s and ignored him when he asked for Justice regarding his ALLEGED attack,then they wouldn't be up in arms about being sent on wild goose chases over something that never occured.,in other words they would not been fooled.Normaly it has not been CPD,policy to afford b****s equal protection under the law.

CPD does suck. And not just the past few years, but the past several decades. That being said, the reason they suck is not r****m. It's what so many authority figures have, called lackofmoneyism.
