According to McCabe some serious safeties were put into saving the information and evidence the FBI had on Russia and contacts with Trump's people. It's spread all over in as creative a way as possible, and has been shifted around to people who know what to do with the information in cases of the investigation being ended before acting on things.

The same diligence that made Mueller's investigations virtually leak free will turn it into a torrent of leaks. Sensitive information has been reclassified and categorized in ways that it can't be made to go away.

There is going to be a lot of information that has nothing to do with the narrow definition of "collusion" that Trump was directly involved in, but his people were definitely involved in
