CONGRESS did not file the stupid lawsuit.

The House of Represenatives known as the Senate filed the law suit.

As Commander and Chief of the Military the president can as part of the job of the military to protect our borders. Building the wall/fence is part of securing and protecting our borders.

The biased Northern California courts ignort this fact. An apeal will go to the District of Columbia Federal Court where the jurisdiction of the case should have been filed in the first place.

In the event the DC courts rule against the President the SCOTUS will more than likely dismuss the frevious case and the wall/fence will be built to protect the American tax psyers.
