I have been thinking (I know, we need to celebrate this unique occasion) that we have some real serious stuff going on in the world and here on OPP. We need a break! We have several sections on OPP.... from Political throw down arguments to what we can cook for dinner.... how about a new section.... for humor? I know that I look for, have buddy marked, and take much delight in the humor that folks provide to us (intentionally), so how about a space for jokes, signs, reflections (that make us go hum?)?

I am just tossing this out to see if anyone would find humor a nice break for threats, insults, and predictions that the world is ending.


Yes or no?

I would rather have a no holds barred forum with no interference from admin.

If I had a sense of humor, your idea might sound interesting.

Absolutely, providing we can tell lawyer jokes, and not get suspended for telling dirty ones.

Have you considered the other sections... "Understanding the Politics of America's Political Right or Leaning Left?" Those are local managed and Admin steps in only if there are real breaches of public decorum.... Some topics get down right hair pulling and kicking, a fair amount of scratching and name calling.

ABSOLUTELY!! I look at the jokes every time badbobby or old sailor posts one!!!

I was thinking that they, babboddy and old sailor, would be perfect managers (if they would take the job).
