Federal E******n Committee avoids investigation into alleged $84 million
Clinton campaign money laundering

The Committee to Defend the President filed a supplement complaint
against the Federal E******n Committee to update the original one, which
was filed in April 2018.

How we got here: The original complaint alleged that the Federal
E******n Committee did not act on an administrative complaint sent by
the Committee to Defend the President, which indicated that Hillary
Clinton illegally laundered almost $84 million through the Hillary
Victory Fund by sending it to the Democratic National Committee during
the 2016 p**********l e******ns.

Now: Even though FEC found that "there is a reason to believe that a
violation occurred," they did not launch an investigation into the
matter. CDP's supplement complaint alleges that "for more than a year,
the FEC has completely failed to complete its adjudication of, or even
make a ‘reason to believe’ finding concerning CDP’s Administrative
Complaint," noting that “in determining whether the FEC’s delay in
addressing the Administrative Complaint is ‘unlawful,’ one of the most
important factors this Court must consider is the length of time it has
been pending before the agency.”

The violation: The CDP discovered that HVF's received contributions
reported them on the same day that DNC reported receiving the same
amount of money. However, DNC's records show that the committee received
these funds from a state Democratic committee, which hadn't reported
receiving nor giving the money to a different body.

It is unclear whether the court will agree to update the complaint.

The law: Federal law allows donors to contribute up to $33,400 to a
national party, $2,700 to a candidate, and $10,000 to a state party
committee. An individual donor can write one check for these
contributions, thus allowing state parties to send money to their
national parties.

CDP's attorney: “It’s outrageous that the FEC has sat around and done
nothing – especially with such a detailed, comprehensive paper trail
handed to them. It smacks of the same Deep State culture that shielded
April Sand," said CDP's attorney Dan Backer.

I am not at all surprised. The paper trails that are picked up by the DOJ, Are used to wipe away their tears that Hillary never got past first base on her way to becoming the POTUS

He WILL NOT be convicted of anything. He’s not as pure as the driven snow but he’s a thousand times better than what we had. He LOVES his (our) country. Obama probably loved Kenya, too.
