Constitutional Convention is a Bad Idea until After Lawful Government is Restored
Found here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7TX2IaKI-wE&feature=youtu.be

This research is extensive and you need to pay attention, especially if you are involved in one of the new Jural Assemblies for one of the states.

Here:
https://www.jbs.org/con-con

Allowing a Con-con now with the corporate congress in control is like allowing the Fox to guard the henhouse.

A convention of states under Article V IS NOT a constitutional convention.

Article V

The Congress, whenever two thirds of both houses shall deem it necessary, shall propose amendments to this Constitution, or, on the application of the legislatures of two thirds of the several states, shall call a convention for proposing amendments, which, in either case, shall be valid to all intents and purposes, as part of this Constitution, when ratified by the legislatures of three fourths of the several states, or by conventions in three fourths thereof, as the one or the other mode of ratification may be proposed by the Congress; provided that no amendment which may be made prior to the year one thousand eight hundred and eight shall in any manner affect the first and fourth clauses in the ninth section of the first article; and that no state, without its consent, shall be deprived of its equal suffrage in the Senate.

Exactly, it's a convention of state delegates appointed by their legislatures for the purpose of proposing an amendment or amendments to the constitution. It is not a convention to rewrite our existing constitution or to abolish it and write a new one.

You’re right but that’s not what COS is trying to do if you go and read it.

They are calling each state by state to pass the v**e by the legislatures to call for it.

If you go to the site you can read it.

It is very risky and at odds with other Lawful processes which i also posted this morning.

I’ll take my chances either way so that it creates total all out Chaos to spin us off into 1 of 2 directions that will evolve out of it.

In this camp we Will NOT remain in the silent majority or minority and continue to allow the criminality spewing out of Congress like this $1Trillion bill they just passed.

Well of course they’re going to get all UP in IT ! You know that.

It might be unlawful anyway like Ana Von Reitz has explained?

It sets up a Constitutional Crisis for sure.

Well yeah but they left out a few safeguards like Term Limits and open borders.

We need to plug the holes.

BREAKING NEWS.
Feb 14, 2019

Just moments ago, Arkansas became the thirteenth state to officially pass the Convention of States resolution!

This is a huge step forward in our nationwide movement to call an Article V convention where we the people can propose amendments that place ironclad limits on the federal government, including term limits on a corrupt Congress.

And Arkansas isn’t the only state that’s fed up with business-as-usual in Washington, D.C. Today, they joined a growing list of states, which includes: Georgia, Alaska, Florida, Alabama, Tennessee, Indiana, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arizona, North Dakota, Texas, and Missouri.

There were thirteen original states when our Constitution was drafted. Today, Arkansas became the thirteenth to call for this historic Convention of States to save the nation.

It only takes 34 states to call such a convention and each win brings us closer to that number.

But today’s victory wouldn’t be possible without the tireless efforts of our team on the ground.

They hosted letter-writing parties all over the state. They traveled to the capitol countless times to meet with state legislators in person. They provided passionate testimony before committees.

Their ground game, combined with our proven geo-targeted media and direct mail campaigns helped us secure the v**es needed for victory.

Who will become state #14?

The fight isn’t over. Many states are in the heat of battle, preparing for critical v**es in an attempt to follow in Arkansas’ footsteps.
