It’s bad enough that the human embodiment of a YouTube comment section – Donald Trump – is president of the United States.
More frightening, however, is that many of his supporters believe his presence in the Oval Office was an act of God.

According to a brand new Fox News poll, 55 percent of white Evangelical Christians – one of Trump’s strongest v****g blocs – believe God wanted this president to beat Hillary Clinton in the 2016 e******n.

Overall, 25 percent – still a scary number – believe a higher being favored a Trump presidency. A combined 76 percent say they either don’t believe or are unsure of whether God made Trump commander-in-chief.

More from Trump’s favorite news network:
Over half of white evangelical Christians, 55 percent, feel God put Trump in office. That drops to 36 percent among Protestants and 20 percent among Catholics.
Trump v**ers are nearly six times as likely as Clinton v**ers to believe God wanted Trump to win the e******n (46 vs. 8 percent). The results are nearly identical among Republicans (45 percent) and Democrats (9 percent).
The stunning polling data comes after White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders told Christian Broadcasting Network that, yeah, God was a Trump superfan.

“I think God calls all of us to fill different roles at different times and I think that he wanted Donald Trump to become president, and that’s why he’s there,” Sanders said with what I assume was a straight face.
straight face.

No version of God would support Donald Trump

No matter how you slice it, there is no version of God that would approve of the person or president Donald Trump is and has been his entire life.
This is a man who repeatedly screwed workers and dodged taxes consistently throughout his business career. His only concern through it all has been himself.
He is a thrice-married man literally on tape bragging about how he is proud of the ease with which he can sexually assault women.

More than a dozen women have come forward accusing him of sexual misconduct.
He has even paid off women – including porn star Stormy Daniels – to keep quiet about the affairs he had with them. Those payments are part of multiple crimes that his personal lawyer, Michael Cohen, has implicated him in.

All of this goes without mentioning the fact that Trump is a serial liar. Throughout his presidency, he has spewed thousands of falsehoods without batting an eye.
Donald Trump is an amoral con man. The idea that God is cheering his presidency would be laughable if so many of his supporters didn’t believe it.

There are matters more frightening than your own preoccupation with what you perceive "Trump supporters" as believing, and that is basing such belief on any TV poll.

Any television news poll is without serious merit in today's world. I would find taking a TV poll seriously (if from Fox or any other source) terrifying.

Christians are taught to have respect for Authorities once they are established.
(Romans 13, John 18, Genesis 41)

Christians are also taught that God determines who rules:

For exaltation comes not from east or west or out of the desert, but it is God who judges; He brings one down and exalts another. Psalm 75:6-7

"He changes the times and seasons He removes kings and establishes them. He gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to the discerning. Daniel 2:21

A very interesting fact has come out of the two-party system. Polling (in which you believe) shows that Christians who attend church regularly overwhelmingly identify themselves as Republicans. People who do not attend church regularly, or not at all, generally identify themselves as Democrats.

This raises some very interesting questions. If the righteous primarily identify with one political party, should this t***slate into party political activity?

Or, is the involvement of religion in politics a bad thing? How does God want us to act when it comes to politics?

Finally, Christians are to perform their civic duty, which includes v****g, where that privilege is available.

If you have the opportunity and ability to influence who governs your country, you have a moral duty to promote the wisest and most righteous leaders on the b****t.

Every person is to be in subjection to the governing authorities For there is no authority except from God, and those which exist are established by God. Romans 13:1

With a choice between Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump, there is absolutely no doubt his followers, including Christians made their only possible choice correctly and wisely.

I’m happy enough if Trump believes it and tempers his actions accordingly.

I personally believe he has Military Intelligence behind him and that the reason he won and the Dems are so upset is that the Dem v***r f***d was nullified in certain key areas. If I didn’t believe that, I would be forced to believe in Divine intervention producing a miracle.

Take your pick.

So, how did we get here? Evolution, computer simulation, aliens? Please enlighten us? You reject God because you think you are smarter than God? Go ahead, create something from nothing without using anything God has created to do it. God says you are a fool. Have a nice day.

Unfortunately for the Boob, the only thing he knows for sure is what that left wing nut rag Politicus and other F**E news sites tells him. In the brief time I have been here I can't remember him posting an original thought, or cogent answer. However, that being said he's quite adept at 2-3 word responses and smiley/laughing faces~~~

Really, wish I did. Still trying to understand how a lying POS could get elected as your President.
