National Association of Manufacturers Calls for Amnesty, Foreign Worker Increases
The National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) unveiled an immigration proposal today that would grant amnesty to i*****l a***ns and increase the number of foreign workers imported each year. The proposal also attempts to appeal to Pres. Trump's desire to build a border wall by including a boost for border security funding.
The National Association of Manufacturers endorsed the Gang of 8 bill in 2013 that would have granted amnesty to most i*****l a***ns living in the United States, while tripling the number of green cards issued over a 10-year period.

Pres. Trump Uses Cabinet Meeting to Call for Increased Immigration
Pres. Trump called for increasing legal immigration during a Cabinet meeting on Tuesday. It's at least the second time since his State of the Union speech to Congress last week that the President has called for more immigration.

Over 300 Migrants Jump Border Near President's Wall Rally
Border Patrol Agents apprehended 311 migrants late Monday night as they walked around the end of a pedestrian fence near Sunland Park, New Mexico. The arrests occurred a few hours after President Trump held a wall rally a few miles away in El Paso, Texas. Earlier on Monday, Agents apprehended a group of 330 migrants several hundred miles to the west in Antelope Wells, New Mexico.
