DemLibs have very big concerns regarding Pres Trump and the Supreme Court...
If Justice Ginsburg being in declining health at 86 years old is not bad enough, Lib Justice Breyer is 80 himself...
The Supreme Court may very well have a 6-3 More Conservative Majority before 2020, and if Pres Trump wins Ree******n, a 7-2 Conservative Supreme Court is a strong possibility...
When you think the Supreme Court may be More Conservative for the next 20-30 years, these are definitely 2 of the top concerns of the DemLib Leaders regarding Pres Trump...

Just a thought...maybe we should stop calling them "conservative" and "liberal" Supreme Court Judges and instead label them either "Constitutional" or "Progressive" judges.
Words matter, and isn't it better to show that Democrats are against SC justices that follow the Constitution in favor of those that don't and prefer to be "progressive"?

I refer to myself as a "Constitutional Conservative", and I agree with you "Constitutional" is a much more accurate label than "Conservative", but "Progressive" has too much of a positive thought to it, and "New World Order" or "NWO" is a much more accurate label.... And I'll look to use "Constitutional" anf "NWO", not only whrn referring to judges, but in any of my political postings... TY...

To go with the hard right positions?

How about if we work on getting centrist judges that don't have baked in hard right views they bring to the bench?

Overturning lower courts that get the constitution correct is not what the supreme court should be, how about we get a group of judges that can agree on what the constitution says, not their party?

Hobby Lobby wasn't a constitutional position, nor was gutting v**ers rights and states needing to have v****g rights changes approved because they had been so abusive. These are hard right conservative agendas that have nothing to do with protecting the constitution.

We need all of the judges on the supreme court picked from a tight windowed field of centrist judges that have a long history of adhering to the law regardless of their personal beliefs.

Trump said well when he said lower courts will rule, appeals courts will uphold them, and the supreme will come in and side with the president. That is too much bias in the court.
