That has not been playing well, so maybe progress is made, maybe not, but I had a choice. I could have stayed out there. Listen. A spokesman for Customs and Border Protection (CBP) said that more than seven miles of border fencing had been replaced in the past year, which was allocated by the previous administration. No new fencing, wall-building as yet.

What did they replace the old fence with? More old fence? It was new fence?

Why tear down old fence if you do not replace it with new fence. It's a waste of time to take down old fence and put it up somewhere else and put old fence where the new fence should be.

It's easer to build new fense than tare down old fence and move it somewhere else and put ot up. Just put up new fence and replace the old fence where needed.

Any time you tare down old fence and rebuild it with new fence it counts as new fence. You don't count repaired fence or replaced fence.

How did you ever got out of school anyway?
