The navy loves their t*********rs on long deployments

Are you speaking from long deployments experiences?

He probably has that sort of action in his home town.

Matter of fact, he can hit Frisco in about two hrs from where he lives.

Really? I've paid 40% of what I've earned more than once. And over 30% many times. If I'd had a mind to c***t on my taxes I could have paid less but I didn't.

Same here. I provide housing, utilities and three hot meals per day for my employees but I don't claim it as expanses. For years they have only accepted minimum wages so they can still drad their Social Security checks.

I don't claim the thanksgiving ir christmas parties and gifts to underprivileged children either.

Thats why God blesses everything I do in my poor community.

"Give and it shall be given unto you." True rules to live by.

Maybe he could if he ever learns to walk and chew bubble gum at the same time without falling down

Rose42,

Woodguu is probably on government assistance and doesnโ€™t need to file a return. You know that low income tax break group. Their motto is โ€œif itโ€™s free, itโ€™s for meโ€!

MAGA

I heard that the percentage of people who pay no income tax is up from 45% to over 50%. They are the ones who b***h about the Trump tax cut.

I wouldn't be surprised. If government was more responsible with our money I wouldn't mind so much.

i donโ€™t have to defend Trump. He has taken on so much better and smarter than you could ever hope to be, and won. What are your stats?

Trump is risking his business empire and is risking assassination to serve America. What are you risking?

Bravo! Very well stated. The fact that among black and Hispanic citizens, there is greater employment, than what has been seen in decades. This is a wonderful outcome, and I feel this is due to Trump's efforts.

My friend, I don't want you to feel worse than you already do regarding your tax burden. But since you used the general term, "government", as in, "The government wants 40% of my income", I'm sorry to inform you that you actually paid way more than 40% in the tax years you mentioned. You're forgetting state income tax (& usually tax on food if there's no state tax), local tax, sales tax, phone tax, tax on medicines, gasoline tax (that's a biggie), automobile value added tax, license & registration fee taxes and taxes on goods & services provided to you - which sometimes includes tax on tax!
You were lucky to have kept 30% of your income!
But you see, it's NEVER ENOUGH for the bloated bureaucracies of all our government agencies. The lunatic left now wants to turn our nation into a socialist state, and they will never stop until they've sucked every penny from all of us!
Thomas Jefferson got it right when he said, "I hold it that a little r*******n, now and then, is a good thing, and as necessary in the political world as storms in the physical. It is a medicine necessary for the sound health of government."

Agreed! If the objective of the military is to build a lethal and efficient fighting force t*********rs have no place in the military. Initially the cost involved in allowing them to join is prohibitive. Continued costs for ongoing medical procedures, hormones, and counseling detract from the primary objective. T*********rs dilute the objective, just another PC requirement with the real objective of weakening our military.

Walt Moreno . . . I think you have done a great job of accessing the issue of t*********rs in our military. I whole heartedly agree the majority of these individuals join our military, not because they want to serve their nation -- but they want all the big bucks that Uncle Sam will spend on their g****r reassignment surgery, and all medical necessities surrounding that issue. It is truly preposterous and a nonsensical expenditure on the part of our military. It can hardly be claimed that somehow spending all these large amounts on medical and psychological care surrounding g****r reassignment DOES NOT MAKE OUR COUNTRY SAFER, nor does it prepare these individuals to better serve our nation. It is better to have individuals enlist who are ready from the get-go to defend this land, rather than pay out big bucks for plastic surgery so that these folks can finally become who they always wanted to be. My heart goes out to those who are unhappy about who they are and how their current bodies function, but the taxpayers should not be forced to pay for these unnecessary expenditures in order to have a ready fighting force.

I believe he also warned about the danger of letting the Senate setting their own pay scale puts the Republic in danger.

I agree. I don't mind paying taxes to help rebuild America roads and such but most of our tsxes are given to foreign countries that h**e us.

Why should members of the Senate need hundreds of people to do the work they were elected to do.? They only are in session 3 months an 9 months out of Washington raising money to be reelected to do nothing again.

Tech knowledge has advance to s point where security to certain areas are only sccessed by a fingerprint. Use that technology as a time clock and only pay Senate members that report for work.

That works great for v****g in e******ns also. That stops i******s, multiple v**ers and dead people from v****g.
