I think she’s losing her very small mind. Her family ran Baltimore from what I’ve read and she married a rich man and thought she could run America. Backing ignorant backward Puerto Rican is just more proof she’s lost it.

I seriously think she has incipient Alzheimer's. She can barely put coherent thoughts together any more and she can't stop sucking her teeth and chewing her tongue
