And the 1617 A.D version of the King James version of the Bible minus the Apocryphal 7 books and numerous verses and chapters. Martin Luthers insatiable mental appetite to remove all things Catholic.

You were given an opportunity to co-manage this section.... you had yourself removed. If you are not part of the solution to problems, then you are the problem.

I can not make you happy without infringing on my promise that the site would be open to all people, regardless of what they believe. And I have to be mindful of their Constitutional rights. This section must remain a place where open dialogue is encouraged.

But, as you know...religion is not open discussion because people do not understand the bible in the same ways, in fact most that "fight" do not read the bible in context but cherry pick portions to "prove" they are right while others are wrong. Most who fight do not know how to intellectually divorce themselves from their fight or flight responses. But, I believed on the day I asked for this section that it is time for us to take religion out of the closet and consider it not just one day of the week. To openly discuss what we believe and in doing so we fulfill one of the cores of my faith.... continuous learning.

Having said that, I know that you are religious, and you have a solid and unshakable belief in your mission. And as I see it, your mission includes educating others about a very well respected sect of Christianity. I deeply respect your commitment and you. And I understand your need to "protect" that faith form those who are uneducated and know only what they have either been told or read in the news.

Religion or faith is not an object to be argued, but rather respectfully discussed among individuals who do not share harmonious opinions.

I understand too that you want the ability to block certain people from responding to you. I do not agree with this, even if I could do that for you. But, to your request.... the only remedy Admin has given me is to block a person from all access to FR&S. I will do that if it becomes necessary. I promised everyone that personal attacks will be dealt with immediately and a notice will be sent to the offender on the third offense, they will be barred. I do not want to do that... in fact, if you read any of my comments I have begged people to remember that they are not recruiters but messengers only. Only G*d can recruit a heart or soul. So, with regret I can not give you the tool you want. However, as co-manager, with approval of the other manager, you can make decisions on what is appropriate, inappropriate attacks... and so on.
