South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem on Thursday signed a law
allowing residents, and visitors, to carry concealed handguns without a permit.
Anyone who can legally own a firearm may carry concealed. Just not in bars, schools or Court Houses.

I mentioned to a friend of mine that in my state I didn't need a cc permit and they responded with that's Indian.
Then I said it just makes us even with criminals who have been concealed carying for 200 years.

This same governor is also pushing legislation that requires high school seniors to be able to pass the US citizenship test before they can graduate.
