Floyd, you are obviously not paying attention. Trump's policies on business and trade have unleashed an awesome bull market and job growth that we haven't seen in decades. Factory jobs, that were stagnant for decades, are now growing strong. They are good-paying jobs for middle-class America. Workers who are getting those great jobs are the "true backers for Trump. They are growing in numbers. Apparently you are retired and not paying any attention to the economy; and the left-bias mainstream media h**es to talk about it. So I am not surprised that you don't know. But you don't have to know; you can go on worrying about America's future while it grows stronger and stronger. Trump's growing army of "true believers" will sweep him into a second term in the White House.

I guess that you just don't want to admit that Americas prosperity only extends to fewer people every day.
I have had the benefit of having a white heritage.

I don't know just what words to use in reaching out to those like you who fail to see or admit that there are many Americans who are not a part of what you & I have had.

As is with almost any thing.
(The strength of any thing is only as strong as it's weakest part)
This applies to nations also.

The white mans strength & prosperity has been gained over the years using many less than honorable means.

That is not the personal fault of any of us here & now & nor was it caused by most white people in the past. What has taken place in the past is our heritage. We are now at a time where the wrongs have to be corrected.

We can open our hearts & minds to the problems solution.
Or we can stand by a watch other bring about the changes they feel are fair.
One way or another our lifes as we see them to day are going to be different.

I would like to think that it is individuals like you & I could offer that we think would be the best solution to the situation we now face.

I for one feel that the answer we seek need not mean any harmful measures to our day to day way of life.
We may be the strongest nation on earth. But we are not without weaknesses.
How so many individuals are & have been treated is not a picture of strength.

As a nation we lack that moral strength.
To draw all Americans together in unity.
Strength that would unite us & keeps us strong.

It is only if we make it a big issue will it be a big issue.

It is just a never ending battle of words.

One need only look at all of what is going on to see that what the numbers you see only show one side of the issue.

Sure the economy is showing big numbers & for some every thing is great.
But tell me why a person like my self is getting letters in the mail & unending phone calls looking for donations.

I am now retired & the money for donations has decreased deeply.
Now old & being faced with possible long term hearth care that could take hundreds of thousand dollars a year for two.

Let me just say it would not lasts & I would be faced with depending on the government to pick up the cost.

We all are facing the built in flaws of capitalism.
Or should I say conservatism.

Or the idea that some are entitled to get back more than they put in.
While many should be happy getting any thing at all.(Left facing a life of struggle to make ends meet)

Like I have said may times I have had members of my family do well in life & I have benefited by that.
So keep thinking of you problems & how your pockets keep getting picked.
But stop for just a moment to consider just where is all that wealth is ending up.

Let me tell you it is not on the streets where I live.
I moved here before the money started to roll in. (Before my aunts died.)
It wasn't really that much. But it is a comforting amount.

No the problem is not of my making of or actually changing what our nation could & should be.

The point I keep making is that while there is success & prosperity in America.
It is limited to only some.

Many are being left out of enjoying some of that progress & prosperity.

The numbers have been looked at & all show that over the last 40 years.
Most Americans have not been rewarded fairly with this nations gains in progress.

You keep pointing out that it is the matter of seeing some getting any gains is as if it is coming out of your pocket.

I keep saying it is not so much who it goes to but where it ends up.
Money spent in the general market place is the life blood of a nation.
Seeing that there is enough money in the hands of most to buy what is produced I the sign of a healthy economy & a strong nation.
Lacking that saps the strength of that nation.

To day we see those wishing to show a profit on be able to put a roof over their heads or food on the table. Are all looking to the government to fill the gap.

I can live with that.
What I find hard to do is not call it all a form of socialism.

There is a hue & cry for profits or entitlements from all areas of life.
In life we have rights & obligations.
I say no matter where one is in the system.
Obligations are not being met as well as they should be.

I say that may well apply to all of us.

Those with the most who have the most to lose are those able to pat the most need to have the greatest obligations. That don't seem to be the case we see today.

There seems to be an over extended effort to ease the path for money to make money.
To deny this one issue is at the core of most problems we see.
It makes for a very unfair situation for many with out assets.

When making money with money rules the day.
Human effort becomes under rewarded.

How can you over come that is the problem we face.
If we are to survive as an individual or as a nation.
We need to deal with this in a fair & intelligent way.

If we can only slow the rate of this taking place it may well give many the breathing room to adjust.
This issue needs a lot of our attention.
It as been lots of little changes to get to this point & undoing it with little changes may leave us with most of the best parts of the system.
It is those with the most to lose who need to see that needs of those with the least. Have reason needs met.
Of course the best answer is to see most having productive employment.

In our system it is those with the most that are able to supply that employment.
So much of our progress seems to come in eliminating human labor.
This affects people at all levels of employment.
In effect only a very few end up as gainers.
Most of the gains go to the very few.

The net effect is the down grading of humanity.
A down grading that most people are being affected by it.
That means in one way or another most of us.

Positive human interaction is at the core of what makes like worth living.
I say we all lack in some way or another in promoting a positive interaction within a complete manner.

I thing I should go & take out some of my frustration on the snow.

We can pick this all up at a later time.

I fail to see the connection of what I may have said about socialism sucking.
I look at that as a weak attempt on your part to put your words in place of mine.

I have been on this site going on six years.
In that time I have written on many topics.

in that time I have stated that while I have lived a life in my work days a conservative.
In my private & political issues I have strong liberal values.

Now in my declining years I am face with living with social security for my major source of income.
It has been my desire to save & not use my savings at this time for day to day expenses.
Being faced with the prospect of high annual assisted living expenses.
I would h**e to have to use the government to end up paying for my upkeep.

I am neither angry, mad, disappointed, disgusted or unhappy. With my personal life.
Being faced with an aging decline with physical & mental issues is a persistent problem though.
Actions that may affect my well being in my daily activities from our present president have presented a growing concern.

I do have hope:
Hope that I am able to maintain my reduced life style for as long as he is still our president.
For I see maga as just having to pass a critical test in light of current political changes.
One never knows to what extent Trump will go to satisfy his ego.
For good or bad the redeeming factor is that no matter what happen good or bad will happen to most of us. I don't for see much good for most of us coming from any thing Trump undertakes to do.

Life will go on.
For the near future I will be here sharing my views good, or bad with all of you.
May the sun shine one of these days soon & melt all of this snow.

The carefree snow filled winter days of my youth have long past.
Now I am faced with an aging body keeping snow free sidewalks.
The redeeming factor is even though it is hard on my body I sill can do it.
I have looked forward towards today(The last day of February) with great anticipation.
As I look at all the snow on the ground the early days of March hold a sad continuation of having to much snow. I don't think that ever before have I faced a March with the same frame of mind.

I do find it easy to put my thoughts down.
I am not a good typist.
But when you are just putting thoughts down hunting & pecking works fine. Think a word type a word.
Have a thought & a couple of more words. As I am typing more my spelling becomes better.
Ask me to spell a word & I would get most of them wrong.
Some how there is a connection between my brain & fingers that I don't have between my brain & mouth.

The sad thing about what we are trying to do here is that we all lack the real grasp of language & grammar needed to put our thoughts across in the best most understandable way.

Being on this site has lead me to take a deeper look in side my self to see who, what & why am.
I know that is a lot to ask of others.
But the real key needed to have a system of government that meets the needs of vast number or people will a wide range of thoughts & ideas is complex.

If we as individuals really value to looked at as individuals we need to speak up as individuals.

It is not for any one individual to set in place what all individuals have to live under.
It is only a person that can listen & grasp what many are saying can really answer to the needs of others.
The power of any family, group, organization or government needs to hear & acknowledge what the people are saying.

Perhaps I am a bit better at it than some others.
I know that I may come off as being over bearing.
I do have strong feelings on issues & the need too have every one have their say.
In life today we have allowed our self's to empower others to act in our behalf.
People that miss use our trust for their own ends.

It is our obligation to use our voices to shape the world around us in the way that is best for each of us.
There is no magical set of words that will do that.
There are would be leaders who grasp on to what some people say & run with it.
If we fill the air ways (Or at least sites like this) with our personal thoughts
There will be some one who will take the bait we set out & use it as a stepping stone to a future in politics.

We can become leaders in a passive sort of way.
I feel that is the best way to get our way.
It may be the only way that it will really work.

When I say get our wait it is only what the sum total of what we bring up that will become the way,.
But it still is what each person puts down in their own words that need to be heard.

I put to many thoughts down at one time because the issues we bring up have complexity that can not be condensed in to little sound bites.

As what I am trying to say is absorbed by individuals a deeper clarity on individual thoughts can be looked at in a more complete way.

It is not how bright or lacking in knowledge any one is we all need to express our self as best we can.
Needing to take what others say & feel an consider the value of it in adding it as part of our thinking as.
Being wanted as a part of our values or as a thought needed to understand others.

Still we have those who abuse the constitution.
As I see it is not the left alone in the abuse.

One side in particular seems to ignore more of the bill or rights that the other.
That side likes to use the part of land owning white males running the government.

Well well Are you ready to put up with the changes that will now be coming with old angry old white males losing their seats in government.

The Left (Democrats, RINO Republicans and MSM) has become so obsessed with their Power they are deliberately putting the future of America at risk! In fact their actions are so extreme now that it looks like the destruction of our Constitution, as declared by Obama when he said, “we are going to fundamentally change America”, is their ultimate objective. As I think back about watching him say that on TV I had no idea that was really going to happen, much less this soon! Here are a few recent examples that prove that is happening now, and is a planned, organized and inflexible effort with everybody on the Left eagerly working to achieve that goal:
• The Mueller pre-dawn raid on Roger Stone’s home is the latest and clearest example of the Left’s obsession with their own power and is undeniable proof that they believe they are so powerful they have become invincible (Merriam Webster definition of invincible: incapable of being conquered, overcome, or subdued). Several things make the Mueller raid one of the most glaring examples of the Left’s open disdain for our Constitution. The carefully planned and coordinated raid happened before daylight on Friday morning,1/25/19. The warrants for Roger Stone’s arrest were served by FBI officers in NINETEEN VEHICLES. SOME OF THE OFFICERS WERE WEARING R**T GEAR AND CARRYING LONG GUNS. A HELICOPTER WAS HOVERING OVER THE BOAT DOCK ON THE RIVER BEHIND HIS HOUSE! AND CNN WAS COVERING IT AND BROADCASING IT LIVE (BUT CNN DENIED BEING TIPPED OFF IN ADVANCE?)! The alleged crimes Stone was charged with all happened after the 2016 e******n and had nothing to do with the e******n, including allegedly lying to Congress? A number of recognized legal experts have stated publicly that this raid is absolutely unprecedented in America! Pam Bondi, former Attorney General of Florida said in a Fox News interview that she had worked as a prosecutor since she was in her 20’s, had been on raids where dangerous career criminals with multiple outstanding warrants were taken into custody, and she had never seen anything like the Mueller raid. Greg Jarrett, Fox News legal analyst said the same thing. Alan Dershowitz, a former Constitutional law professor, practicing attorney, author of many books about the Constitution and American legal system, and a hard Left Liberal, said the same thing. He reiterated that everything Stone was charged with allegedly happened after the 2016 e******n and had nothing to do with the e******n! Several of the legal experts came to the conclusion that this raid was Mueller sending a message to the world that he can and will do this to anyone he chooses, and that he is invincible (subordinate to NO ONE). If there was any doubt about this conclusion, leaking it to CNN in advance and letting them send a reporter and camera crew to report on the raid, as it was happening is proof that this conclusion is undeniable. Mueller deliberately made the raid be extreme and public! One of the legal experts noted that this kind of thing happens in other countries that are ruled by dictators, NOT in America! A final note on what makes this raid so un-American is that the judge that Stone appeared before after his arrest released him on “his own recognizance” (he was allowed to sign his own bail and did not have to post bond). This is a clear indication that the normal procedure would have been to notify Stone, through his attorney, that he was being ordered to voluntarily surrender to authorities at the appointed time and place. Not execute a raid of any kind.
• Nancy Pelosi is also acting as if she is so powerful she has become invincible! She cancelled the President’s scheduled “State of the Union” speech, in writing! She agreed to reschedule the speech at a time of her choosing. She has repeatedly refused to even discuss the President’s border security plans and continues to do so. When asked recently by a reporter if she was willing to negotiate on a new border security plan she angrily replied, “have I not made my position on border security clear?”. She even refuses to acknowledge that her inflexible “no barriers stance” is in direct contradiction to her long public record of supporting border walls (and her state already has a wall)!
• When the President agreed to sign a new bill reopening the government, based on a number of Democrats verbally agreeing (some publicly) to negotiate on a border security plan that did include barriers in some places, Pelosi and Schumer immediately held a joint press conference. In the press conference they gleefully declared total victory over the President and denigrated him in the worse possibly ways. Schumer even said twice that he, “hoped the President had learned his lesson and would not make the same mistake again”!
• When a reporter recently asked Pelosi about the President having special legal protections while he was in office, she angrily denied that he does. One more example of the Left openly ignoring the existence of our Constitution.

America is clearly at a “fork in the road” where there are only two possible directions we can go. If we keep going to the Left our Constitution will be shredded and America will be, “fundamentally changed” forever. Or we can demand that we go to the Right and be that “shining city on the hill” that President Reagan described and moved us toward being. I firmly believe that with our support President Trump will continue to “Make America Great Again”, in spite of the Left’s obsession with wielding complete power over everyone who does not blindly follow them!
The Left (Democrats, RINO Republicans and MSM) has... (show quote)
