It sounds a little far fetched to me. If a bear found him chances are he would have eat him but things stranger than that have happened. I am reminded of those strange friends of animals and some of those are definitely on the wild side where one could very well be food for the other yet they get along.

"And the lion will lay down with the lamb." Social media is flooding us with examples of animals being more humane than mankind. Animals who normally would be eating one another laying side by side. Animals possessing no free will raising above those who do. I can't believe this is by accident.

There was one a few years ago, too, I forgot what state, where a 3 year old was gone 4 nights in the cold and he said the "big dog" kept him warm. There was bear pelt found on him. I'll have to try to find the story.

Coming from you, that sounds strange, as you believe so many of the far-fetched IOU stories fabricated by the durn Squid, BadBobby.

Besides, remember Tarzan being saved and raised by gorillas

I am a firm believer that the animals have compassion, and souls, just as we do. All you have to do is observe.

Arch, another article about this incident speaks to that likelihood, well into the following...

Those IOU stories as you call them have a great deal more to do with fact than the bear story there Slatten that wonderful Squid is as t***hful as the day is long. After all it was you Marines that failed the Navies entrance exams.

The kid didn't say "Bear" he said "BAR", as in - Big Angry Redneck. "The bar I was trying to skint clawed me up sumthin fierce, nobody telled me I was post to k**l it first".
