How long will his investigation take? I guess he is still investigating the murder of the Army private in Little Rock, Ark 4 years ago. The shooter admitted to being a converted Muslim and that he shot that man to protest American military. How about the Ft. Hood massacre? When will Obama demand the trial of that Muslim?
I don't think the Boston Massacre Muslim will ever be tried if he is aimed at a civilian court. I seriously wonder if Obama knows that he and Holder can hold this thing up at least till Obama has to leave office, if, in fact, that can ever be accomplished.

In the first place, the war on terror is a farce and an excuse for keeping us in endless wars which can never be successfully completed. If this young man has done this terrible deed, I for one want to see him tried legally in court. I strongly suspect he is a patsy ala Oswald who never saw his day in court . What are they afraid of? Also, if the constitutional rights can be denied him then none of us are protected from unlawful persecution. The constitution must be for all people who live in this country'

It sounds like you have been listening to the kid's aunt who is so convinced that he has been "taken" by somebody. If that is the case I wonder why they went to shootouts with police, even k*****g a couple of them and throwing explosive devices out the car window. Surely they were intelligent enough to know that something like that would bring a hail of police bullets.
Is there a chance that you haven't seen any of the pictures of these two k**lers placing the original explosive devices at the race? Don't sympathize with the kid since he may well have pulled the trigger on at least one of the dead cops. I believe they could have surrendered before it went so far as one of them being wounded from head to toe. Why did they k**l the first cop near the MIT campus? You need to answer these things to yourself in order to ever see what has been going on.

You have been listening to his aunt, it seems. She is now talking about all the threats against her she is seeing on social media.
Give the kid his trial because there is just too much visual proof against the two brothers leaving those bags sitting in the right places. Every one deserves a trial but in this case I am not sure his life will be saved by one.

If you are accused of a crime in a muslim country, do you think you will get a trial there? They have more than enough evidence to prove guilt. I believe that anybody that commits a terrorist act, whether citizen or not, is a combatant. This POS deserves what his victims got. They had no trial. They were summarily executed. This POS should already be h*****g from a gallows.
