Yaaa Trump wins another case what does that add up to I think it’s two cases. Thank you Donald for making America Greatypu did a great job of attacking people. Now that’s how you expand your base. T*********r attacks only adds up to affecting .0069% of our military. But southern ignorance to facts only means that Trump received a stay on his r****t policy and the SCOTUS in there breif still allows the appeal process to continue thru the federal courts which have ruled in favor of the 5th Amendment.

They did not rule on the actual Trump ban they ruled that his EO can stay in place until it works its way thru the federal courts on appeal because every court to date has ruled against Trump. So the soonest the full case can get to the Supreme Court is probable 12 to 16 months.

The v**e was 5 to 4 with the 5 Conservative judges throwing a nothing burger to Trump to excite his base on a case that’s still in the federal courts and working it’s way up.

The Pentagon has taken no steps to enforce a memorandum written by a White House I***t. Who never served in the military because he got a hack foot doctor saying he had phony Bone Spurs. But it sure does give Trumps base something to talk about.

Just can’t figure out a White House I***t that dodged the draft with phony bone spurs then denigrating people that want to serve.

Your opinion is acknowledged and appreciated. The odd thing I see happening, our nation is changing.... many of the things the court upheld in the past, are not necessarily supported now. B****s once held the spotlight as the "poor" under-appreciated, but their position was been given to the homosexual who are falling out of vogue in favor of the poor "migrant" and asylum seeker. It is still early in this presidency.... you may feel much less confident in 2024. BTW, the 5th Amendment has nothing to do with homosexuals. "No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the M*****a, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation." You do not have a Constitutional Right to join the service, these g****r confused are not being deprived of liberty nor is the property being seized.
