You're right, not often, but I agree. No bash of Canada, but if I was Sen. Paul I would have gone to the Caribbean, the Rivera, etc. because ultimately his neighbor will pay for it and a hell of a lot more. I don't believe a hernia is so exotic that only a foreign facility would do, unless the Sentor's injuries are worse than was disclosed.
Yea I h**e it when you're right. Again, I would really pad the bill if it was me. Canada does not seem nearly expensive enough.
