It makes a person appear one-dimensionally shallow or dense and a waste of flesh when they commit to ant ideology. H**e is the only emotional depth some know. Always an insult and a derogatory name for the opposition: a sure sign of emotional and mental immaturity.

Very true, regardless of which side you're on.

Yeah? Well you're a ____ and a ___. You may fill in the blanks yourself. Just make sure they're funny. I don't like aggression and derogatory comments, although some are funny.

We are living in trying times.

There are just to many things not going smoothly.

But a person should get a true picture of who is causing what is going on b fore lashing out at another that may be in the same boat as that person is..

There are a lot of people who are upset with our political processes as of now. If you are on the left you are upset about congressional gridlock maybe even if you are a Right leaner. On the right you are upset with every thing that has to do with the Obama presidency. Never before has there been such polarization of the public and political institutions. We all used to come back together after the e******ns and this time we didn't. It sucks.

Your post is bring them out of the woodwork. For some reason the immature and small minded can't stand it if you can skim through their shallow verbiage.

It is a game where every one one wants to be on the winning side on every issue but but won't change sides on any issue.

It's a team sport. you only win if you team wins.

In playing the game as I only win if my team wins every body loses but those that control the game.

We have sold our souls to those that control the game.

This is a game run by the few with only a few real winners.

The rest of us are just pawns in the game.

It's not just a game. It is a new religion. I can worship conservatism/liberalism and I will use a personal interpretation of the Bible to justify what I wanted to do anyway.
I swear I read a totally different Bible than most of the people on this web site.
What we should really do is look at our religious beliefs and let them determine how we v**e. We do it backwards.

You are partly right, but I would not call this a game. Not unless you consider the stakes can very easily be your life. I don't think we have all sold our soles, but I will admit that some have. They have sold their soles for a few dollars handed out by the government, but then that was Johnson's intention all along. He bragged about owning the b****s and making them v**e Democratic for the next 200 years.

This President has polarized this nation like no other President has and is out to wreck this nation one way or another. I don't care that he is black, but I do care that he h**es my country and is doing his best to bring it down. Bush was not much better and I feel the same way about him too. I don't like progressives no matter their color and that goes for Congress and the Supreme Court as well.

Obama is dividing this nation for a very good reason and he is very good at it. While it is not all his doing, he is simply to stupid to think up all of this, they are using him to make this into a world run by the rich and powerful. They write his speeches and hold meetings every day to give him his marching orders for that day. While he h**es this country, he is to stupid to do this all on his own. Just look at how he speaks when he is off his teleprompter. He is nothing but a bumbling fool then.

He has union people that have better access to this office then heads of state. He has his girl Friday that is constantly at his side and he is held on a very short leash.

People have very strong feelings and they love their country, but not all of them are in agreement as to what this country should look like. For the last 100 years, this country has been divided and has never really come together, but most of the time we live together without attacking each other. That has changed simply because Obama has divided us to such an extent that we can never come together on this. Some are actively trying to bring this nation down, some are helping simply because they are blind and don't know any better and some know exactly what they are doing and want to change this nation.

Actually, everyone wants to change it. Some want to go back to the Constitution and some want to get rid of it. Some think it is a living document and that it needs to be changed as we go along. What they do not understand is this. The Constitution is a contract between the people of this nation and the government they created. Like all contracts, it is not changeable unless everyone agrees to the change. Some think it is a useless outdated document and can be ignored. Obama falls into that category along with the rest of the progressives. That's why all three branches are acting the way they do.

Well, I don't agree. I think it is as pertinent today as the day it was written, or even more so. It is what controls this government and without it, this government is out of control. We had the most freedom of any country in the entire world and until they trashed our Constitution, we were the strongest nation on earth. That does not give us the right to tell any other nation how to run their lives, unless they are actively trying to bring us down. I don't believe we have the right to go into any nation and do anything other then make treaties with them for wh**ever reason. This is also what our Constitution says. We are not the worlds policemen and we do not have the right to interfere in their affairs unless they ask for our help and Congress authorizes it.

Until we find our morals again and start living our lives right, we will never come together. We are divided and will remain so unless we stop acting like the worlds policemen and start acting like the worlds friends. While I believe this is a Christian nation, you do not have to be a Christian to have morals and that is what is missing these days...............

The Bible can be used to prove almost any point no matter what it is. It simply depends on the verse you use and the interpretation.

I'm Catholic, but I grew up southern Baptist. The real difference, besides the church hierarchy, is that Catholics teach readings and not verses. Verses seem to always be out of context. But you are right, people use it to justify wh**ever they want.
I am liberal and progressive, which means I see things differently than you. I don't h**e conservatives, I just think they tend to be wrong. I don't h**e Bush, I just think he surrounded himself with poor advisers. I don't think Obama h**es this country, but he does not show good leadership. I do think the Dems tried to help Bush pass laws, and the Repubs just stop anything from happening.

I have the utmost trust in people doing the right thing.

Why can I say this. Because people are for the most part good.

The thing is that bad things undo some much of the good.

It is in being trust worthy & trusting that needs to be a bigger part of who we are & what we do.

It starts with each of us being more trust worthy to others

As more people trust you, you will find that you can trust others more
