Several "Angel parents" -- the mothers and fathers of U.S. citizens k**led by i*****l i*******ts -- are accusing top Democrats of being out of touch with “regular America” after they claimed President Trump is “manufacturing a crisis” at the border to win support for the construction of his long-promised wall.
So, yes I KNOW the wall will pay for itself. Nancy Pelosi and Maxine Waters both have high walls around their homes ( Obama too), and why, anyone might ask? To "keep unwanted people out"...to "stop" uninvited entry to their property is the ONLY answer.
I know that you are aware that Pelosi, Shumer, Obama, and many other democrats previously were in support of a wall for much more money that Trump is asking for, so why the 180 degree turnaround? Only ONE thing has changed...Trump got elected.
That one fact moves it out of the realm wasteful, useless, immoral points and moves it firmly into the "We don't want the wall only because Trump does" line of BS.
I also believe that the 90% of immigrants arriving at airports you mentioned, are legal.
Absolutely...the wall WILL work AND pay for itself.

The Democrats NEVER envisioned a 1500 mile concrete wall along our southern border. That's just Trump's fantasy

Combined, a good "border fence", a good "Border Road", "surveillance" cameras and drones;
along with increased human assets, could reduce that number to less than 10.

Trump has gone from a concrete 1500 mile wall to steel slats. I'm sure you've seen the photo of two steel slats in the wall sawed through by common household saws.
