Happy Birthday, dear Archie, hope you are celebrating with friends. We send a case of beer to you via email a little while ago. Share it with friends and family but NOT the dogs.

To Archie, a birthday greeting.
Damn, another year older. You must have pissed off God or one of his/her aides. When I have a birthday I hear laughter coming from the sky. Just guessing it/they have a sense of humor; unfortunately at our expense. The only way to deal with this situation is to steal a bottle of jack from badbobby and get silly. Wishing good luck to a good guy.

Thanks NPP and SWMBO! I had a really great day yesterday! Everything seemed to go my way. Well, except for the glitter...the glitter didnt.
With all of the kids, and grandkids here, my son, and daughter in law presented me with one of those cards that has a button to push, and makes sounds. This one sounded like a baby screaming. After that, every 60 seconds, the thing would scream again with no one touching it. Everyone played it cool, and 'we' eventually decided that I was going to have to tear open the noise making part, and disable it. I carefully cut it open with my pocketknife, and once I was in, my son slapped the back of the hand that I was holding the card with, and glitter flew everywhere! With everyone walking around, the baby crawling around, and the dogs, there is now glitter in virtually every room of the house!!
I look at this as a loving gesture on their part, because it provides me with a reason to continue living, and a mission in life.
I cannot die until I have gotten even with them, or ahead would my preference on this one!

I see lots of whistles, duck calls, and any other noise makers in my youngest grandson's future!

Happy New Year Slats!
