Now the lefties are after our music.

They finally got by with forcing no use of birth of Christ taken from places they didn't think nativity scenes should be found. They say they don't have a war on Christmas and yet they never stop going after the Nativity scenes. We have failed to stop their crap and now they are after music that has been allowed for so many years. Here is one of their attempts to stop the music of one of our most normal singers of Christmas music. How in hell can the women of the #Me
Too get by with calling this song one aimed at rape? Doris Day surely isn't screaming about being raped by Der Bingle after this song. This has been one of my favorites for a very long time and I am almost 86 years old. Why in hell can't they just ignore what they can't stand and let us go on enjoying things like this?

You can enjoy that any time you want, there are CD's records, tapes, blue tooth, etc. Wh**ever station you listen to is probably still playing it, and I'm sure if they aren't you are not going to miss it unless you are tripping because you know they aren't playing it.

It's funny how many old timers say good, they h**e the frigging song, always have. That's how I feel about it, I don't give a damn about the words, the song just sucks.

Please try and enjoy what you like and ignore em...I'm only 63 and I'm Not gonna allow these brain dead,
q***rbait zombies to destroy my freedom...Merry Christmas!

The reason you are a confirmed l*****t is because of the good things that totally escape you. And you'll never understand!

It is not one of my favorites. However, freedom of choice to listen or not, freedom to run your business (the radio station) as you dictate should be promoted as much as possible (not ignoring existing laws where certain discrimination is prohibited), and expressing your beliefs to whomever wishes to listen is just life. Just don't dictate to me what I may listen to or not.

I can see the innuendo in the lyrics. Could tick some folks off about insensitivity to the possibility of a #metoo experience, but it is so much more innocent than many other songs. The majority of Rap, especially Gangsta Rap, celebrate the denigration of women. The lyrics are foul. (I also just h**e the music itself. I have to wonder how this generation will sit back and reminisce about the "great tunes" when they grow up.) Then there is the pop culture of my youth. Most of it was bubble-gum music with no actual content worth listening to. But some was damn deplorable. Try Police's "Every Breath You Take". It is all about stalking. After I got past the music (which I liked) and listened to the lyrics. Arg. Then there is Sweet Dreams. Awful. I cannot listen to them any more... AND ... if I a owned a radio station I would not play them, my choice. Your choice to not listen to my station.

Why are lyrics 70+ years old now offensive? Could it be that some people have finally maxed their potential for being stupid? As you point out lyrics today call women "b***hes and ho's" and we observe vagina hats, and the call for the mass return of gold purity rings to be melted down and cast into a solid gold vagina. Yet these fools are outraged at the relative innocence of an old song! The censors in the age of those old songs would have k**led any f**grant violation of perceived decency while today nothing is censored except the true facts on Hillary's crimes and Trump is all that is deemed indecent by the "mob."

Dems, socialists, and libs aren't after the "song", they are after America's "culture". They don't like it and want to change it. They will b***h and whine about anything they can even remotely attempt to fit their narrative. They simply want the power to force everyone to believe and act as they want them to. There are two forces trying to "take over" America today....muslims and them. They couldn't care less about that song or Rudolf the red-nosed reindeer or the word "Christmas". They crave the POWER to dictate to everyone else. That's probably why they get along so well with muslims...they both h**e American culture.

Because they now have the "power" thanks to liberal judges and politicians who passed ignorant and unjust laws. They have the power (which is what they crave) and love using it to "control the masses" into living the way they think we should live.

It's all about "power". The pendulum WILL swing back eventually!!

My son picked up something on his Smart Phone about some lefties being against Christmas Songs that contain any words like HO, Ho, Ho. Some of our present lefties are saying those are bad because we all know that HO is a shortened version of whore.

A large amount of what you are talking about is spelled #MeToo I think. I consider that group to be b***hes and whores, only.

I wish I could agree with you about that pendulum swinging back but I just am not sure it can ever happen. I really fear that we conservatives may well be too near our real end.

THEY have been chipping away at our culture for a very long time. They squeal and howl every year at this time but they have taken away a lot of our rights as Christians, the majority, without passing any laws. I do wonder just how much of our culture will still be around in 20 or so years. Ho, Ho, Ho. I can still say things like that meaning what some lefties have implied but maybe I will live long enough to see that one gone, too.
