Very good questions. We all know that there are many people, for wh**ever reason, who do not have the wherewithal to make a decent living or climb back from a big defeat (or even a little one, at times). Do we have any responsibility to help those who seem cognizantly or physically are unable to find a sustainable existence? An immigrant comes here with nothing and builds a financial empire. The American dream. Of the millions of immigrants (we once allowed), how many did that? Most barely survived, living paycheck to paycheck, with odd jobs, as most Americans today. Are they inferior?
