Judge orders Justice, State departments to reopen narrow inquiry into handling of Clinton email records lawsuit.

I have heard that justice can be slow, but eventually it will catch up.

"In a narrow but sharply worded 10-page opinion, Lamberth wrote that despite the government’s claimed presumption of t***sparency, “faced with one of the gravest modern offenses to government openness, [the Obama administration’s] State and Justice departments fell far short” of the law’s requirements in a lawsuit for documents.

Lamberth added that despite President Trump’s repeated campaign attacks against Clinton for not making her emails public, “the current Justice Department made things worse” by taking the position that agencies are not obliged to search for records not in the government’s possession when a FOIA request is made.

Lamberth wrote he took no pleasure in “questioning the intentions of the nation’s most august” Cabinet departments but said it was necessary when their response “smacks of outrageous misconduct.”

Conservative legal watchdog group Judicial Watch filed its FOIA lawsuit in July 2014 seeking State Department talking points issued after the September 2012 attacks on U.S. facilities in B******i, Libya, that left a U.S. ambassador dead."

Wanna bet?

We want our justice department squeaky clean, not acting as a player in the Clinton crime syndicate on the one hand and as a playground bully when dealing with innocent Americans.

Hillary Clinton could never be considered innocent with her actions since leaving Arkansas.

I am totally paralyzed from the waist down but that hasn't stopped me. I still own, run and manage a 2,560 acre tree farm with 200 give or take a couple, employees.

My forefathers, 4.brothers, came to the British Colonies around 1760 as indebted s***es. Workers were hard to vet so plantation owners paid the fines of men in debtors prison and ahreed to work to pay back the money by labor.

When the Boston teaparty took place the brothers were free of their debt. When push came to shove they joined the continental army.

When the war was over and The United States became a reality they became h****rs and trappers. The brothers keep moving southwards until they found the area they wanted. They made friends with the local indians, hunted, trapped and traded with them.

When Napoleon acquired the area two brothers went to Philadelphia which was the capital at that time and met with Thomas Jefferson. He approved the war certificates and the brothers got title to our land.

The tree farm has been in our possession since 1802. They originally settled here around 1796. Possession has never left our hands and there has never been a lein on the property.

In 1866 Northern carpetbaggers attempted to get our land ut failed ad we always paid our property taxes with silver or gold. We did not trust paper money.
