Who has time to listen to dweebs drone on about some two bit hack's life, when you've got the biggest, grandest and most lavish funeral to plan?
Trump was too busy imagining his own funeral; &quo... (show quote)

If he were to somehow be confused or tricked, into contemplating his demise and consequent celebration at all, I'm sure Mr. Trump would conclude that either the event would never happen to him, or that his dev**ed followers would have planned completely, and far in advance, a suitable spontaneous emotional display for the proper moment. Just as, I understand, the Bush Family negotiated over for much of the Sumner and Fall, especially in light of the performances seen regarding Senator John McCain's funeral.

By including Trump on his funeral guest list, President Bush temporarily took away Trump's twitter ability to bash the event. By his own example, Mr. Bush reminded us that when the studio audience tires of the realty show, a better, kinder, more American style leadership might one day return.

And also telling, it would seem to me, would be the extraordinary lengths to which other public officials seem to be required to go in order to prevent, pacify or placate Mr. Trump's bizarrely narcissistic reactions or official p**********l declarations to everyday normal human social interactions, to say nothing of his maladroit worldwide political twitchings and tweets.

I assume you are referring to Donald Trump. Your description fits to a tee.

Obama was sitting there wondering if his 72 virgins could be male.

I ask because while all the presidents and their spouses were reciting the Apostles Creed Donald and Melania were acting like they were atheists and had no earthly clue what it was. I'm a bit surprised given Trump's love of the church and the sweet Lord Jesus Christ (he said so himself with his own two lips) plus you would think that someone might brief him on how the event was likely to start. I mean hell, you could even see the mouths moving of that fine young Muslim couple Barack and Michelle Obama so you would have thought that Melania and Donald would have given it the ole Christian try. No, they just stared stonely straight ahead while everyone else around them gave it their best while Donald and his wonderful spouse behaved like they were Jewish like Jared and his lovely wife Ivanka. So sad...

I grew up Catholic and we had to memorize it. I learned later that protestants don't and a lot of them don't know it.

IMO its a non-issue.

Matt 7: 1-2

I am seeing numerous threads demonstrating an overly optimistic dependence upon a rampant, delusional, Vulcan Mind Meld type abilty! It seems that some humans seem to believe they can judge the abiding inner private thoughts, feelings and motives of others from brief scripted snippets of edited video coverage of their partial countenance a during an emotionally stressful public event.

From both sides of the partisan divide.

OK. I stand corrected. If they were moving their mouths then they obviously were actually reciting the words and thus, Trump obviously, doesn't know the words. No, that is also of the Vulcan Mind Meld quality of judgement. My bad still.

Just an FYI, the "Apostles Creed" is NOT biblical. It is NOT found in the Bible and most protestants do not know it and many have never even heard of it.

Raisins. The proper t***slation is 72 raisins!

Think of all the Christians girls who zealously, annally, guard their sexual purity in order to make it to heaven with an intact hymen, only to realize horney muslim zealots can't tell the difference between a virgin and a raisin!?!

Not every human judges every other human behavior or interaction on the sole basis of political affiliation.

Nor should they. Daddy Bush and Billy boy Clinton were apparently best buds! Go figure!

So many Christian girls are dying, and Allah has control of heaven?.. I haven't heard that one.

I sometimes go to a Methodist church with my wife and they recite it about once a month. Until I had heard it there, I had never in my life heard it. Ii was raised in the good old Church of Christ which is very biblical.

Nothing sudden about respecting someone you disagree with on policy but I understand the need to perpetuate the Trump creed of h**e and eternal hostility.
