If the lease did not specify no firearms, she is entitled to stay. Terms cannot be changed in mid-lease.

Honestly, if this girl, who is most likely white or this would never fly, had searched her roommate's stuff cuz her roommate was, say, black, or had a tattoo, so "Looked like they had some drugs" she'd have been penalized and thrown out. It's becoming to where if you are a decent person, and support President Trump, you are fair game for ANYONE. Yep, that's the party of love and tolerance for you.
