Robert Mueller is dead-set on taking down President Trump.

Democrats are counting on him to do that.

But a top lawyer just exposed the reason that Mueller is going down.

Mueller Is On The Move
With the midterms done, Mueller is back in the action.

For months he has been following an unofficial DOJ policy keeping him out of the public eye.

That policy is to not take major actions on political investigations within 60 days of an e******n.

Mueller hasn’t made any major moves for some time.

He has been quietly interviewing a number of individuals of interest.

Most notable of those are Michael Cohen, Paul Manafort, Roger Stone, and Steve Bannon.

So there’s a lot Mueller may try to do in the next few days or weeks.

And with Attorney General Jeff Sessions gone, things will only speed up.

While Sessions recused himself from overseeing Mueller’s probe, his replacement likely won’t.

Democrats are in full freak-out mode over what might happen.

While trust in Mueller is very low, he is all they have left.

Taking down Trump is their biggest goal, and it seems that Mueller is the only way to achieve it.

That is unless Mueller doesn’t get taken down first.

A Lawyer’s Prediction On Mueller
Alan Dershowitz is one of the most respected lawyers in America.

He was the youngest law professor in the history of Harvard Law School.

Speaking to ABC he made his feelings on Mueller’s investigation well known.

While he does believe Mueller’s report will be “devastating” for Trump, he doesn’t expect anything criminal to be found.

“I think the report is going to be devastating to the president and we know the president’s team is already working on a response,” he said.

“The critical questions are largely political — when I say devastating, I mean it’s going to paint a picture that’s going to be politically very devastating.”

What he means is that wh**ever Mueller releases will likely be able to be painted negative for Trump.

Mueller has been working for nearly two years on this report.

He has had plenty of time to paint it in the most negative light possible.

But no matter how negative it is, it will be very unlikely to show anything criminal.

“I still don’t think it’s going to make a criminal case because collusion is not criminal,” Dershowitz asserts.

With collusion being the big thing Democrats are screaming about, it is unlikely to mean much in the end.

Mueller’s Last Days Could Be Coming
While there is no telling when the end of Mueller’s investigation is likely to come soon.

It is already known that he is working on the final report.

Trump has already submitted written answers to a series of questions from Mueller.

So the final findings might drop any day now.

And unless there is a major bombshell unknown until now, it is unlikely to mean much.

Do you think Mueller will be able to take down Trump?

Trump is taking down Trump...every time he tweets or says "the investigation needs to stop". If he said that in secret to the AG it would obviously be impeachable right? Just like it was for Nixon. Nixon was charged with getting information from the investigation, he was charged with impeding or interfering with it. Trump is doing all these things in full view, when Mueller creates a set of obstruction findings they will be listed as crimes, not alleged crimes, crimes. They will have proof, often by Trump's own words in public view.

Mueller has taken down Trump, it just isn't official yet.

Trump willfully lied to the public on multiple occasions about an array of things, the lies are impeachable, if easily proven the GOP has no choice but to support impeachment. Proof is everything, and Trump has provided a wealth of it.

Besides that Mueller has an array of things such as tax evasion and money laundering, and you know it.

What is going to come out of Mueller's investigation is only the legal side of the issues.
You will find out the Trump has already sealed his fate with the public by his actions.

Why do I say that?
I say it because I see the intelligence of many of his supporter.
So many of his supporters think by supporting Trump they are saving the Republican party.

If the right wants to be thought of as the party of intelligence.
They are using the wrong tactics.
It is counting on dealing mostly with those lacking in mental capacity for their support.

You might liken the ideal republican supporter as being dense, but a good toll.
Some one sold on conservatism & being white as the ideal troll.

I speak of those who are not dense.
That have what it takes to be the type of person who can be a complete independent individual person.
Living with the proper convictions.

The h**e & fears of the republican party are now becoming the H**e & fears of republican's in general.

There I said it.
Take it for what ever you want.
I may not match what you think you have up stairs.
But I am just smart enough to not buy in to the republican party.
Let a lone buy in to Trumps shtick.

Uh, it's his job to look into the extent of Russian interference and collusion. Trump may not have had a single staffer that wasn't involved with Russia in some way. Now it is looking like Trump was putting his interests with Russia ahead of the country's interests, as evidenced by his hardcore desire to lift Russian sanctions, a move that was key to business deals such as Tillerson's Exxon deal with Russian oil.

Actually no, republicans are in full freak out mode, they want to keep Mueller's investigation under wraps and shut it down, Mueller just sent a message about how this is going to go down in full view, there won't be any interference. Not only that, it seems clear that there is way more here than anyone knew. Trump's attempt to discredit Cohen are as weak and lame as they sound. Schiff has made it clear that the report will be done in full view, not kept as a white house secret to be buried. He has also made it clear that dems are going to send transcripts of hearings people lied in over for the special prosecutor to handle for perjury violations, something the GOP should have already done had they not refused.
I'm pretty sure dems are pretty excited about new rules, being the new sheriffs in town, it's republicans that are freaking out.

Wrong...first of all, collusion is a crime, doing business deals with sanctioned Russians is a crime, putting personal interests ahead of the country is a crime, the Trump Tower meeting to get dirt on Hillary was a crime.
There have been stories about meetings with the GOP about things they knew, we'll see, there have been stories the GOP hasn't done anything about involving Rosnoft and Exxon's deal that needed sanctions to be lifted, which Trump desperately wanted to do...we'll see what Mueller has.

"Do you think Mueller will be able to take down Trump?"
Trump has done so many things in clear view that Mueller's detailed report will be thousands of pages, the condensed versions of supporting evidence will look like laundry lists. Mueller had Trump a year ago, and Trump is the gift that keeps on giving. Pick an impeachable offense and Mueller has him, it's up to the house and senate what they do with it. So far the wisdom has said the GOP would not impeach. With Dems in charge of the house they will act accordingly to what Mueller's report says, and I'm afraid that the GOP is going to be forced to act outraged and support the indicated impeachment dictated by crimes that have no defense, they are what they are.
...lying can be impeachable crimes by statute in certain cases, Trump did it on multiple occasions
...obstruction, that's a several hundred page document charging that

How can you ignore that Mueller and crew is ignoring the massive evidence they uncovered of Hilary and the Democrat's collusion with Russia to be used against Trump?

Why go after Hilary first?

We need to clean up the current mess first.
You would prefer to dismiss or delay action against Trump?
If so why?

All that may be needed is just trying Hillary in the court of public opinion.
As far as I am concerned we should just stop having any thing about her as being a fitting person for public presence set aside.
We just need to say she has had more than her 15 minuets of fame.(Her time in the sun)

I will now go & bring that up on a new topic.

We do not know if there is or will be any mention oh Hillary from Mueller's investigation.
I think there may well be some mention of past actions of interest for us both.

The time being taken by Mueller may well have the better interest of the republican party over trump.
In mind while looking in to Trump as deeply as he has.

It is not to hard to think that things could have gone worse for the republican party with a pre e******n release.
Plus it could contain leaving the republican party time to dump Trump to save face.

Any impeachable offense where the evidence is right there to see is going to be fair game for an impeachment, and the GOP will be forced to respond to hard cold evidence of an impeachable offense. There will be no cover for them on this, any number of violations supported by a dozen or two things will be enough. 2020 e******ns are in play for republicans, and they are better off dumping Trump sooner rather than later so as to give more time for damage control.

This is going to get so obvious soon that Trump is in deep doo doo he is going to need to do a pardon dump for kids and family and get out of dodge.

With Putin playing kissy face with the crown prince, Trump has to be in his darkest hour to date. He's not going to be having fun with this anymore.
