One Vet's Christmas Card to the President.

Would any other Veterans out there sign my "Christmas Card to President Trump"?

Mr. President, if I were on active duty today, I would surely offer my thanks for:

That new Rifle, to replace the one that I wore out on my last deployment.

More and better "Close Air Support", equipment, supplies and the spare parts to keep them all working,
when you must send my Brothers and Sisters at Arms, and me, into harms way.

A pay raise, so that my children won't have to depend upon "welfare", while I'm away from them, defending the nation that I hope to pass on to them.

Mr. President, if you can, Please?

A Veterans Administration that cares about my Brothers and Sisters at Arms, past and present, as much as we care about each other.

And for those who fall in the line of duty, how about putting "ONE GOLD STAR" on the F**g that will drape their coffin?
That F**g is different from all others, and should so signify to all who will ever see or hold it.

Godspeed Mr. President;

Gatsby.

All comments welcome.
