Let's see, every crazy wing nut who feared the government was going to take their guns, bought as many as they wanted. Now guns sales have leveled off, so the gunnut crazies are buying silencers. They must all be fantasizing about being James Bond wanna'be's or mafia hitman.
Maybe they don't want their wives or girlfriends to be startled if they fire and miss the first time.
