Most overturned court in the country. We need Justices who have actually read the Constitution. liberals greatest fear is the constitution as written.

Kavanaugh had done unlawful (unconstitutional) rulings on the lower court which were overturned on appeal

Since you will ask, one was in 2017 on the a******n case of the 17 year old who had been raped. He tried to delay and his ruling was immediately overturned because he did not adhere to constitutional law.

Kavanaugh has no problem ruling according to his beliefs when he doesn't agree with the law, why would he be any different on the supreme court where he can make laws that the rest of the country has to adhere to?

DACA was legally passed, Trump can't undo it with an executive order, congress needs to take it up. GOP leaders have refused to engage in trying to make laws that would address this.

It's the liberal courts. And I think Trump is the only one who has challenged it. The SCOTUS will over turn it because it is unconstitutional.
