If Democrats think this is repudiation of Trump they need to check the record. The one in the White House traditionally loses seats in Congress the first mid term e******n, but Trump did far better than Clinton or Obama did in their first term e******ns.

Pelosi is a loon for sure and if the dims do elect her as speaker, what does that say about them. I'm not sure her e******n would be a bad thing for the GOP, because it would show just how out of touch with reality she really is.

Actually I think she would help the GOP. Dhe is already showing signs of losing it. After a couple of years of her, Elijah Cummings and some of the rest 2020 will be a good year for the GOP.

If you compare the results and look at how much money both parties spent, if you were a democrat you might be thinking, "if we have to spend around twice as much to get mixed results like this, how in the heck are we ever going to win in 2020?".

Very true! In Texas they probably spent even more than twice as much and still lost. The other dem states and Hollywood shipped in and they tried to buy Texas. It didn't work.
