Obama also illegally eased banking restrictions, (something he publicly claimed he wasn't doing,) but behind the scenes , (like so many of his dealings with Iran ,) his policies ended up benefiting the largest state sponsor of terrorism in the world.If you went by Obama's words and actions, his allegiance was not to the United States of America, but to Islamic regimes who are our enemies, Obama even militarily removed moderate regimes and worked to replace them with radicals. It was Obama that enabled ISIS to thrive throughout the Mid-East, commit genocide on the region's Christians, literally ens***e thousands, (they actually held open s***e markets,) and Obama said we would have to get used to them, it would be impossible to defeat them. He left weapons and armored vehicles for them to use and sat by and let them enter city after city where they would be hard to tell from civilians, his entire foreign policy was a disgrace. President Trump decimated ISIS within 6 months, all it took was actually wanting to get it done.
