Obama to discuss new sanctions on Russia with EU leaders
DEBKAfile April 25, 2014, 2:30 PM (IDT)
"US President Barack Obama plans a round of talks Friday with key Europe leaders on ways to clamp down sanctions on Russia for its support of E.Ukraine separatists and its military drill on the countrys borders. DEBKAfile: Obama may run into some resistance from British, German and French leaders, who would rather Washington start talks with Moscow on ending the crisis instead of threatening sanctions."
Obama: "Hey you guys don't mind putting your countries on the front line of WWIII do ya?"

I love how you think Obama's actions are what has started this.
Actually the NGO's went in a little over 5 years ago (Orange Revolution)when Dupa was still in office but what happened to all that hope and change?

At this point, I do not really care who is to blame. The situation needs to be resolved. I have family in Germany and I can tell you they are not happy with the sanctions already in place.
The videos I saw coming out of Ukraine yesterday it was a snow storm still going on. Germany is even a bit further north. Lets hope the pipelines don't get shut down.

So the Germans want to allow a European power to invade others while they are pacifists? Isn't that backwards to history?

I also hope your family stays safe.
We must not forget how anti-government protests in foreign countries have historically been instigated and/or used by the CIA for nefarious purposes. The CIA playbook has been repeated so many times from Iran in 1953 to Chile in 1973 to Haiti 1991 and 2004, Yugoslavia in the 1990′s, Honduras in 2009, Libya, Egypt and Syria, Venezuela, among many others. Government o*******ws result. How can we forget the devastation these c**ps bring? Sometimes the government being deposed is democratically elected, sometimes not, but in either case a government is targeted because it shows independence from U.S. foreign policy demands.

Where did you get they wanted a European power to invade or they were pacifists?
They do not want world war III in their back yard. They expect leaders of all countries involved to behave as adults and not playground bullies.

That's the problem every ww has been fought over a area that now is a tinderbox. Makes you wonder if it ever will be resolved. It's getting frightening familiar.
The world is tired of the US hegemony wars and rapidly becoming anti America. I enjoyed traveling before but not so much any more. It isn't safe with the way the rest of the world sees the US.

What Egypt isn't on your itinerary anymore? Mine either. Bucket wish down the drain.
I have never been to the ME and really have no desire to go. We stand out like a sore thumb. The ones who really stand out though are the Euro's who still think that speedos (on and off the beach) and an alabaster skin tone is an attractive look for them.
