The Constitution is the supreme law of the land (USA). Gays do not have "special" rights that supersede anyone else's, nor are gay rights mentioned in the Constitution, nor are a******n rights. The Supreme Court has run out of bounds concerning both of these issues. The Supremes have taken upon themselves to become legislators instead of staying within their lane as to the separation of powers. The only duty of the Supreme Court has is to ensure that our laws comply with the Constitution. It's time to return back to the boundaries of the Constitution which have kept us safe for over 200 years. The only thing the Constitution doesn't overrule is our God-given rights.

It's Congress's job to make laws and control the minting/printing of our money. They also have ceased to do their job in this area by turning it over to the Federal Reserve. Which isn't Federal or National and clearly violates the Constitution.

Even Google, Facebook, Twitter, etc... are violating our Constitutional rights with their censorship! I'm not going to mention how our property rights are also being violated by the EPA and other agencies, and that a tax on personal income is a form of s***ery. If the top 1% pay over 80% of taxes lets just do away with the IRS. The Constitution details how taxes are to be collected and nowhere does it mention a personal income tax or death tax.

Even the executive branch has started wars called police actions or the right to interfere which is not Constitutional and is spying on us 24/7. It's way past time to remind them who they were created to serve, and it's not the UN, EU, or themselves. They are getting way too big for their britches. Eliminating the Federal Income Tax sounds like a good diet plan to me. Maybe that would enable some agencies to disappear and free up enough federal workers to become entrepreneurs versus red tape producers.

Hope you can see how violating our Constitution has caused millions of deaths and a great loss of our wealth and freedoms.

Hope that was intelligent enough and I didn't even mention GOP, DEM, IND, conservative or liberal once.

I've read many of your posts. This is a very intelligent answer to my thread. And so true. The Supreme Court has moved little by little away from their intended purpose. Had they done all these thing at once, there would have been a revolution. I know you've heard put a frog in hot water and he will jump out, but put him in cold water and slowly heat it and he will stay in the water until dead. That's what has happened to us. Thanks for your post.

So do you think social media has an obligation to let entities that want to post i***tic lies and concerted programs meant to deceive people? It is anyone's constitutional right to lie to people?

I'm all for t***h in media legislation, newspapers typically have always done an excellent job verifying what they say because of the defamation and libel suits that result from printing lies about someone.

Depends on how you look at it, because all sin is forgivable except one that is a sin unto death. That is, not believing is Jesus.
The ladies in question only wanted to exercise their belief, and that meant they could not participate in a celebration of what the Bible says is a sin. We are all sinners, but as Christians we are to do our best to avoid sin, and then we confess and ask forgiveness for when we don't succeed. Ask a Muslin to do business for a gay wedding and see what happens. It goes against their religion. Nor would the same law apply to a shop owner that was Muslim. I would offer that these ladies would also not use their talent to celebrate a swingers party. They are not guilty of h**e, or protesting, or anything illegal, just exercising their 1st amendment right to practice their religion. So, it's NOT Islam, or Buddhism, or Hinduism that is attacked here, it is Christianity and the constitution.
Please lets leave Trump out of this. It IS a constitutional question, not political, as the constitution protects the rights of all citizens.
I have some questions for you. When Sara Sanders was asked to leave the Little Red Hen, liberals all said the the owner had the right to refuse service to her. So, my question is this, do these 2 women not have the SAME right, or does a shop owner have the right to refuse service for ANY reason, or not? It can't be yes for this instance and no for this other. Do we have the right to practice our religion or not. Once again, it can't be both ways.

Yes, I do. Politicians, MSM, and Journalist should not be allowed to lie or use anonymous sources. They should just say 'no comment' when asked a question they don't want to answer, instead of lying.

Social media is just that "social", people lie in social settings. The Bible says don't do it. The Koran says to do it. If you get lied to long enough maybe you'll wise up, maybe not. You have to educate yourself as to what is true or a lie. That's one of those things you have to learn on your own like Santa Claus isn't real. I knew my brother lied to me all the time, but I never expected my parents to do it. I think the shock stunted my growth.

If un-named sources, individuals w/ knowledge of a situation, not authorized to speak, & the various other caveats disappeared, there would not be enough salacious news to keep the news on 24/7. I remember when tv went off, The National Anthem was played.

We haven’t had a tv since before Obama was elected, don’t miss it. There is one at work in the break room now l pass by. There wasn’t one for 10 years. The only thing that gets my attention is how plastic the people look now, how ridiculous they look. I guess they would not look so funny if I had seen the changes over time. I know I would look funny, ridiculous to them, so I am not saying anything bad about them.

I look at the people glued to the tv & wonder how empty their lives must be for them to be watching what is on, usually The View, I think, the one w/ Whoopi.

Christianity is under attack as it has been throughout history in countries going Socialist. Accusing Vice President Pence of being being mentally ill for being a Christian was a good reading on the Times. Obama did Christians no favor with his, guns, Bible comment. We have found The Ten Commandments a successful way to live. I don’t understand the fascination the left/ liberals, especially women, have for Islam. It runs counter to nearly everything liberals support.

When Billy Graham died, churches in N.C. were vandalized. Were the people doing this expecting him to see it? Why didn’t they do it when he was alive so they could be sure he saw it? Why didn’t they say to his face the things they spray painted on the churches?

Really? I read just yesterday that there were 16 false news stories published or broadcast by February 2017. (That's just 1 year after the e******n) One of these was so bad that the stock market dropped 300 points in one day. All were retracted but that drew around 1 tenth of 1 % when compared to the hundreds of thousands shared and retweeted by the MSM. I don't remember where I found that article, but if I found it, then you can too. But I doubt you will...it doesn't suit your ideological version of the t***h. ( I know you said newspapers, but these numbers are inclusive of papers)
