Yawn.... Man how many of these cards are in the deck?
"This is not a game.
Las Vegas, NV Nevada Senator Harry Reid released the following statement today on r****t comments by Cliven Bundy reported by the New York Times.
I used to live in North Las Vegas and it is home to some of the hardest-working people I have ever met men and women who embody the American dream by working hard every day to build a better life for themselves and their families. By contrast, Cliven Bundy has spent decades profiting off government land while refusing to pay the same fair use fees as his fellow ranchers. Today, Bundy revealed himself to be a h**eful r****t. But by denigrating people who work hard and play by the rules while he mooches off public land he also revealed himself to be a hypocrite.
To advance his extreme, h**eful views, Bundy has endangered the lives of innocent women and children. This is not a game. It is the height of irresponsibility for any individual or entity in a position of power or influence to glorify or romanticize such a dangerous individual, and anyone who has done so should come to their senses and immediately condemn Bundy. For their part, national Republican leaders could help show a united front against this kind of h**eful, dangerous extremism by publicly condemning Bundy.
The bottom line is that elected officials and those in positions of power or influence have a responsibility to unite behind the basic principle that we are a country of laws, and that wh**ever our differences, it is unacceptable for individuals to use violence or the threat of violence to advance their radical views.
Does anyone see a bit of hypocrisy here?

Reid just exemplifies the left formula. They will burn you but if you do the same or call them on it, the smear campaign will begin. Being called a r****t, birther, Teabagger, or other standard smear vocabulary from the socialists is a badge of honor that you have gotten under their skin and they are running out of ammunition.
It was just a matter of time until someone played the race card. Bundy is white so of course he must be a r****t.
Words can not express how tired I am of being called a r****t if I disagree with some policy. The term has been used so many times it has lost its power.
When true r****m arises people will no longer see it for what it is.

"IF" true r****m arises it will be because as long as you are being accused of something you might as well be guilty. This is never more true for the constant misuse of the political punch lines Islamophobia and homophobia.

Perhaps if what Cliven Bundy actually said was included in the posted subject we could discuss whether what was said was r****t or not rather than discussing (or cussing) ol' Reid? hmmmmm?? Or was cussing ol' Reid the real agenda of the posting of this subject? :XD: :XD: :XD:
This shows me that his thinking is way out there and now when I believed was a kook, now I get validation. I wondered why all the other ranchers weren't as upset like he was? Why they didn't pay their taxes either?
His understanding of African-Americans is equally far out there...
"I've often wondered, are they better off as s***es, picking cotton and having a family life and doing things, or are they better off under government subsidy?" Cliven said.
If he doesn't have the facts that the majority of those on welfare are white, then it is a tell how is likely ignorant on many other things too. Particularly, public land and grazing rights.

According to the Times, Bundy said of black people: They abort their young children, they put their young men in jail because they never learned how to pick cotton. And, Ive often wondered, are they better off as s***es, picking cotton and having a family and doing things, or are they better off under government subsidy.
Pats starts this post with "This is not a game".....
Apparently it is a game to Pats not to give an honest presentation of the situation...only a partial presentation to GAME OPP participants into cussing 'ol Reid rather than discuss r****m. NEVER EVER TRUST A PAT POST...there's always a negative hidden agenda. Check out some of the other Pat posts and see for yourself.
Actually that isn't what he said. What he did say is "are they better under the s***ery they are in now or then".You know how old guys are like this one here.

So why didn't you post the quotes in the first place? hmmmm?? Twisty Tatter Patter..... :?:
 Philippe, if you feed a stray (jonnie)they will follow you everywhere. I learned the hard way.
I lived in East Tennessee among step-relatives from Stone Mountain...real red necks and real nice people who would never have said what Bundy did. Don't excuse r****m. Understand where it comes from and that it can't be entirely condemned, but don't excuse it. You know, I attended a high school in Knoxville of over 1000 students and never ran into r****m when I spoke strongly in favor of integration. Likewise never encountered r****m in my Southern Baptist 2000 member megachurch where I was equally outspoken. There were indeed those who thought segregation or 'separate but equal' was OK (my sister was one of them, in fact, at that time), but they weren't negative about black people. Again, r****m is 'understandable' but don't excuse it. Bundy is understandable, but don't excuse him...for his r****m or for his breaking the law.
