San Francisco is proposing a tax to help with its homeless problem that is present in Los Angeles and, likely, elsewhere throughout the state. This one won’t cost a cent. Repeal land use and zoning laws that impede private building & development. I predict much if it would resolve within 6 months and all within two years. Of course, this would take power from government which is like opium to an addict.
