Parable of NT

I will give the parable first, then the interpretation.
(Matthew 25.)
14 "For the kingdom of heaven is as a man travelling into a far country, who called his own servants, and delivered unto them his goods.
15 And unto one he gave five talents, to another two, and to another one; to every man according to his several ability; and straightway took his journey.
16 Then he that had received the five talents went and traded with the same, and made them other five talents.
17 And likewise he that had received two, he also gained other two.
18 But he that had received one went and digged in the earth, and hid his lord's money.
19 After a long time the lord of those servants cometh, and reckoneth with them.
20 And so he that had received five talents came and brought other five talents, saying, Lord, thou deliveredst unto me five talents: behold, I have gained beside them five talents more.
21 His lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.
22 He also that had received two talents came and said, Lord, thou deliveredst unto me two talents: behold, I have gained two other talents beside them.
23 His lord said unto him, Well done, good and faithful servant; thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.
24 Then he which had received the one talent came and said, Lord, I knew thee that thou art an hard man, reaping where thou hast not sown, and gathering where thou hast not strowed:
25 And I was afraid, and went and hid thy talent in the earth: lo, there thou hast that is thine.
26 His lord answered and said unto him, Thou wicked and slothful servant, thou knewest that I reap where I sowed not, and gather where I have not strowed:
27 Thou oughtest therefore to have put my money to the exchangers, and then at my coming I should have received mine own with usury.
28 Take therefore the talent from him, and give it unto him which hath ten talents.
29 For unto every one that hath shall be given, and he shall have abundance: but from him that hath not shall be taken away even that which he hath.
30 And cast ye the unprofitable servant into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth."

The man traveling is Jesus Christ and his Judgment through time from his life and ministry on Earth. He gave to One of his servants 5 talents. To another of his Servants 2 talents. Then to another of his Servants 1 talent. Each was given their amounts of talents according to their ability to "Distribute them." The Talents represent "Salvation." The Journey that he took is his "Ascention into Heaven." (verses 14 and 15)

The Servant with 5 talents went out to do his trade, and 'doubled' his talents for them. The Servant with 2 talents went and 'doubled' his talents, as well. However, the Servant that had the 1 talent digged a hole in the Earth and hid his Lord's money. (verses 16-18)

When the Lord came back to 'Judge' his Servants, He found the Servant with 5 talents having doubled it, and the Servant with 2 talents having doubled his as well.
(Interpretation at this point):
The Servant with 5 talents is The Apostle Paul, anointed to Preach the Gospel to the Gentiles. The Gentiles eventually arrived at a land of Freedom and Liberty, where knowledge and Faith in Jesus Christ spread rapidly.

The Servant with 2 talents represents the Apostles of Jesus Christ that continued teaching and baptizing after the Lord was crucified. They Witnessed and taught under heavy persecutions and Death.
The Lord praises them both equally, and makes them rulers over many things in Heaven.

Note we are going backwards in time.

The Servant that received 1 talent was the Jewish Priests, sharing the bloodlines of Jesus Christ, and from who he was born. Jesus Christ is that 1 talent that walked, taught, did miracles of love, for being the Messiah- the Son of God, Salvation Alive.

That Servant however, argues with the Lord in regards to receiving saved souls from future times and lands that the Lord did not walk in. The hole that he dug in the Earth to hide the talent is representing of Jesus Christ tomb, after his crucifixion, then the Jewish Priests paying the Roman Soldiers who guarded that tomb so to lie about his Resurrection all together.

Jesus calls this Servant 'wicked, and slothful' and sends them and their lineages into the 'outer darkness, where there was weeping and gnashing of teeth.'
That Servants 1 talent, being the Power and Strength of God in Jesus Christ, was given to the Servant who was able to make more. How we doing with that, America?

(Even though I have read the definition of "Usuary' many times, I have never understood it for some reason. So I don't understand verse 27)

Usury is simply interest collected on a loan. He should have taken the talent to the "banker" to be loaned out so that the talent could be returned to the lord with some increase in the form of interest. His fear of losing could have been overcome by putting his faith to work by finding some one to help him with his task

THANK you so much Dotsman! I have loved this parable for many years, yet all the various dictionaries meaning of the word "usary" would never click. Bringing the meaning into God's word like that "clicked!" As I see the Meaning of "In God We Trust," as in Trust-Fund as well. You know, storing up our Good Works as Treasure in Heaven, where Blessings are bestowed in return upon us. We do have the Chief Corner Stone with God's Eye above it on the back of our "One Dollar" bills~
Am a very happy camper right now!
