I'm tired guys. It's way past dark...getting cold and I just got done.

Had to bring in everything I couldn't cover. Hard freeze tonight. I'm up to my eyeballs in produce! And you guys know I'm dealing with more than tomatoes...which I have a carload of!

I get cow poop for free and I turned a raw truckload into the ground about 3 months before I planted.

Geeminy!

Well good night, hope you don’t wake up and remember something that wasn’t done.

Yerington...'sposed to freeze about midnight and stay that way until 8 AM.

I have a closet full of pounds of very good herbins I have to deal with...my fingers are sticking to the keyboard.

My poor, crippled Ma is shelling two bushels of Fordhook limas. Two more are in the freezer.

I have two grocery bags of tomatoes I have make into hothothothot salsa and can...(I taught myself how to can stuff a couple of years ago ).

I sleep like a brick for 5 good hours usually. 6 if I'm lucky. Then I'm up.

I have 5 fuzzy alarm clocks (cats) and an invalid Ma who sure I don't get too settled.

Good job Big Mike. Something I do with tomatoes I slice them quarter inch I do a light Shake of black pepper and garlic and then put them in the food dehydrator once they dry they are very thin and very brittle. They maintain all their explosive tomato flavor. They could be put in sandwiches or used to make chili or a spaghetti sauce. I will vacuum seal mine once dried and they last for quite some time. They have the consistency of a thin rice c*****r which makes them good for sandwiches. Looks like you might be putting away some sauce also. I hope you're into canning. I've been doing that for some time also. I can vegetables and meats with great success. It is a good old-fashioned sk**l to know. Sounds like you did a real good job. And also sounds like your work is not over. Good luck and God bless this is Texas t***h signing out...

Yeah Rodger that sticky situation. All over it. And it's all over me. We should get together and compare sticky notes. Another good idea is adding some fresh mango to the salsa. The sweets lends a nice flavor with the heat from the peppers. Goes nice with a great football game.

Love Winnemucca! One Moccasin. Stayed at a lovely 50s motel, food was good too wherever we ate. Great little town.

Come to my house and I'll turn you on to good cooking before I set you loose to lose tons of cash in the casinos.

If most of my crop wasn't triple mango skunk it would have been a heck of a lot easier. My house smells like skunk and will for a while.
