If the Democrats were really interested in fairness they would have brought out the allegations as soon as they knew about them. By waiting until the last minute they show there real motive is just to delay the process beyond the starting date of the next SCOTUS session. While claiming to be for women victims they are just using an exploiting them for their own self interests.

If the GOP had any interest in fairness and an unbiased supreme court judge they would have acknowledged perjury and evidence (historical records) of politically biased decisions and overturned rulings.

He was the most unfit nominee in history before these allegations, now he is obviously not acceptable.

Also, Feinstein has supposedly had the letter since June. Why wait why not bring it out when she got it. She takes it to the FBI who she knows can't do anything about it. Does she contact local police in this place where it happened NO does she say anything to anybody NO. Not until the last minute before he is to be v**ed on REALLY

Are you aware that Obama's two picks are centrists? Also how many times they have "sided" with conservatives where the law indicates that?

New justices added to the bench should be centrists, should have a history on the bench that shows an extensive history of regard for the laws and precedents.

Of course you will want an example and I'll give you one from 2017.It was a 17 year old here illegally, she was raped and wanted to abort that pregnancy. Courts ran her through legal hoops which she satisfied and her choice to abort this result of rape was still challenged and taken to the circuit court Kavanaugh was on. This court had only one real set of things to think about, was it her constitutional right to have an a******n. The law said yes, the constitution said yes, precedent said yes....Kavanaugh obstructed it despite time being crucial and was going to make her go back through a set of legal hurdles once again, knowing it would possibly take her beyond 20 weeks. That obstruction was correctly overturned by the appeals court.

Kavanaugh is a hard hard right scored judge, we need centrists.
