Here are reasons the Kavanaugh accuser will not testify:

!, She knows she will be caught in the inconsistency of her story. As Judge Judy has said, one does not have to have a good memory if you tell the t***h.
2. Her own background will be subject to scrutiny.
3. She has no supporting evidence
4. This whole process is just a last desperate attempt by Democrats to delay the confirmation v**e. The call for an FBI investigation before testifying is just part of the plan.
5. If she testified the whole story would fall apart and the Democrats would look really foolish and it would hurt them in November.
6. The Democrats think they can get more mileage by continuing to make the allegations than they can having to actually prove them.

Some may think of other reasons, but this will get you thinking.

So now Blasey-Ford is saying she won't testify on Monday unless a full investigation is done by the FBI. The FBI doesn't do that. It's not their jurisdiction. What they've told her is that it up to the local jurisdiction where the assault occurred. She needs to file a complaint with the police in the neighborhood where this "crime" took place (even though she doesn't remember where it was, when it happened, how she got to the house, how she got upstairs to the bedroom or how she got home). It's possible that in Maryland the statute of limitations does not run out on sexual assault, so she could start there, but that is the process. You don't just take a complaint from 36 years ago and go to the FBI and say you want it investigated - that is what's so ridiculous about this whole thing. If she doesn't show up on Monday, they should go ahead with the v**e on Monday.

She's done a lie detector test, perhaps Kavanaugh should too, he is a liar as evidence in multiple ways, so it's necessary to see if his denials light up the graph.

By the way, his good friend Mark Judge who was in the room refuses to testify, basically throwing Kavanaugh under the bus.

There is no such thing as a lie detector. A polygraph test measures physiological reactions when you’re asked a question and give a response. It is neither a lie-detector nor a t***h-detector. And for that reason, they are not used as evidence at any court or hearing - they are unreliable. If a person being tested doesn’t have a physical response to a question, that’s not necessarily a guarantee that he or she is being t***hful or honest - there are even medications called beta blockers that a person can take to prohibit such bodily reactions. Lots of people take beta blockers for medical reasons - usually related to high blood pressure issues.

Mark Judge has no recollection of ever going to a party with Kavanagh in any way. How can he testify if he doesn't know anything? All he can say is "I don't recall that happening." That's not throwing Kavanaugh under the bus, he just can't help him or hurt him. Blasey-Ford has no reason to ask the FBI for an investigation, either. If she has a complaint about sexual assault, she should file it with the local authorities where the assault occurred - not with a federal agency. It would be like me being robbed and going to the FBI and asking them to investigate instead of the police here where I live.
