Cranberry/Cream Cheese Sandwich

Straight from Pennsylvania Deutch country.
Cranberry (I usually cook my own cranberries)
Soft Cream Cheese
Pumpernickel Bread (It has to be pumpernickel)
Mix the first two ingredients together and spread on the required pumpernickel bread.
I know it sounds odd. It is quite good. If you choose to use canned cranberry, the whole berry tends to give a better texture and flavor; however, jellied is fine.
Sounds good. I will have to post my pumpernickel bread receipe.
Right now I am trying to find my blueberry scone receipe, I put it in one of our files.
