the ACA established a min baseline for all health insurance in America... if your old health plan didn't meet these basic requirements your health insurance company could no longer sell them in America... for the most part they were ripoff policies that covered little if you got sick giving people a false sense security... but very profitable to those that sold them... very painful to those & got sick... I see this as a very clear factor in between Obama & trump... it's called integrity... one man tried to provide quality healthcare for all through the ACA...Trump promised the very very best health care ever while destroying the ACA replacing it with ???... the end result remains to be seen...
