Why does Trump make statements that are not true so often

It doesn't excuse Trump lies...if they are lies. But the media didn't call Obama on his lies. That's because the media is trying to run our country.
Trump points out Obama lie about keeping your doctor under Obama care. Media doesn't give credit to Trump. If the media can't report fairly and objectively its time to curtail "FREEDOM OF THE PRESS".
Reporters who can't act like civilized human being at news conferences SHOULD BE BANNED. Reporters who harass Trump with inappropriate questions shouted at him when he is appearing with a foreign dignitary should be fired by their own employers.

Does he believe the statements are true and he is somewhat delusional? Could he be disclosing his fantasy world; the world as he wishes it was? He exaggerates and employs hyperbole. However, he might actually be the most popular republican president since his approval poll numbers are up..Who knows. He said US Steel is going to open six plants, he didn't say they are at this moment, but he appears to know something and might have let the cat out of the bag.

MS-13 is, indeed trying to get in. Democrats actually DO want to let i******s v**e. Check California.

Bottom line is that we could rip into anything anyone says. Trump says it at least 100 degrees out side. Some one will, inevitably, say it's only 99 degrees outside. Trump is lying.

But see, even you are now lying some. Getting some fact wrong or viewing them from a different perspective isn't always lying. I've pointed out some for you about you.

The lying issue is just more Trump h**e to drive the narrative in a negative way for him and republicans. It's politics.

You know, it just occurred to me!! Perhaps President Trump IS telling some lies in a desperate attempt to get the left to understand things. Cuz they speak the language of lies, conflation and obfuscation

It means that if you never complained about Obama's lies you have no right to complain about Trump's. Trump's lies are more exaggerations than real whoppers. I would posit that all of Trump's "lies" together have less import than either of "If you like your plan you can keep it", or "The B******i attack was a response to a video"
